I went in for very high heart rate (SVT), chest tightness, dizziness and chest pain. Dr Lewis and his staff really saved my life with their best care and treatment, then I was transferred to the hospital for further treatments.

Well, the whole time was great! The guy I don’t know his name, but he came in to do bloodwork and my vitals. Unfortunately,he has to put an IV in my arm. I hate shots, I’m 66 years old and a huge baby when it comes to needles! He was amazing, very funny, and he made everything ok. The check in was easy, the doctor explained everything so I understood.i will definitely go back if needed!!

Nurse was excellent. When he was taking my blood pressure and oxygen, he explained he was going to have his back to me while he was inputting my information and not just ignoring me. This only took about a minute or two but made such a difference in the experience. So often nurses forget to introduce themself, go about their task and never interact with the patient. HE WAS EXCELLENT!!!

I brought my grandbaby because this was the closest facility at the time. She has Medicaid and her insurance isn't taken there. I made the decision to pay out of pocket due to her symptoms and how long she'd had them. The staff ans doctor were great and she was seen quickly and we got the results from her tests back quickly. Our total visit was less than 1 hour which was great seeing how she's 2.

Got a diagnosis with scripts - took to pharmacy and acquired scripts within 2 hrs. Started meds that evening and got relief within the hour. Took other meds the next morning and had minimal pain 2.
