I have come here multiple times and each time has been a satisfying experience. The staff is friendly and the physicians are attentive and knowledgeable.

When I checked in I made sure to ask if I was under "Urgent Care" or "ER" for cost reasons. They said I was Urgent care (which is what I wanted) and would only be moved to ER status if I needed certain care and would be told if my status needed to be changed. Well, I needed and ultrasound and x-ray. They did not tell me that these procedures would turn my Urgent care visit to an ER visit. I only found out when I was checking out. The staff should have been more clear on this. It was upsetting. So rather than a small Urgent Care co-pay, I now have a large ER bill.

The triage person was nice. However he was just asked a couple of questions then he was just clicking his computer very fast. BUT I felt did he really just get my information or just pushed me thru. He is very SHORT AND VERY DISMISSIVE

One of your nurses I rarely see helped me, this is my second time with the flu and a secondary infection. She picked a medicine to help me and I think I'm slowly getting better. I'm very grateful to her and your facility. Thank you for helping us in the community. Especially when we have been sick 4 plus weeks!

Your services and STAFF was Outstanding, except for the tech who took my vitals. He seemed to be irritated or something. He raised his voice twice ar me and I started to leave. I had flown in for the holidays nit knowing that I had the punk eye. The female staff was friendly, professional, smiling, caring, and patient. Thank you all so much. I enjoyed my stay in Mckinney Texas.

I was seen for abdominal pain with ITI symptoms. The PA did not examine me at all. As a retired NP, this is a concern because you can miss other diagnoses. I also asked to sign a release to get the results of the culture sent to my surgeon and they said I had to wait. This seemed like an inefficient way to do things. But I return to Legacy because I can count on speedy care. The RN was wonderful on this visit!

This is the only facility that I have ever been to that the Doctors actually listen to the patients needs, and make a treatment course that works for the patients. This is why I will only go to this facility for treatment.

I came in because I banged my head on concrete so the Dr told me I needed a couple staples. I'm not in the medical practice so I'm not sure if this is normal but I've heard from others that have experienced the same, the Dr is supposed to numb the area prior to putting them in and on the day I came in the Dr did not, and it was super painful.

X-ray tech took me off breathing treatment to take an x-ray. She set the mouth piece on the table. Upon returning, she handed me the mouthpiece without even cleaning it off. I had to ask her to clean it. I was already sick ad didn't need more germs.

I'm a repeat patient and I'm always pleased with Legacy at Hardin and Eldorado, McKinney. I was especially pleased with P.A. David Ohnoki, who thoughtfully, patiently, and professionally answered all my questions and even asked me a couple of times whether I had more questions!Later on, both David and Tiffany were also very helpful when I needed to make an adjustment in my medication, after discovering it was manufactured in mainland China.Thank you, Legacy, for being there when my PCP isn't available! You give me real peace of mind. My husband and I both are always very pleased with Legacy.

I've been to Legacy ER 5 times. This was by far the speediest of all. I appreciated that. I was there a total of an hour, but was in the patient private room for 7-8 minutes, then on to the X-ray room. Dr. Patel came in shortly and said he'd be reviewing my X-ray momentarily. About 15 minutes later he came to tell me my X-rays were negative (no breaks; no cracks in my ribs), but that they always send them off to another location where they get a second opinion and that it could take 10-15 minutes or much longer to get a reply. At this point I had been there about 30 minutes altogether. The doc said I could leave any time and they would call me with the second opinion response if I wanted to go ahead and leave. I waited another 30 minutes but left after that and Nurse Billy called to let me know that the second opinion came in and it was also negative. I was given 3 prescripts of which one was a muscle relaxant and the other two were different levels of pain meds. I'm glad I went to Legacy ER. Many thanks to the speedy and efficient work last night!

The staff from the front desk to check out are incredible.They have been so helpful in the past and yesterday I was in terrible pain with severe muscle spasms on my back and came I crying. The amount of care was amazing. So greatful for this clinic

This is the second time a visit to Legacy ER & Urgent Care turned from an Urgent Care visit into an ER visit (1st time was April 8th, 2025 for my son Andrew) and I am incredibly grateful for the way both visits were handled. Staff was incredibly considerate with me and absolutely wonderful with my son. In both cases, the hospitals that we were referred to could not have been better (Children's of Plano for Andrew and THR-Frisco for me). Genuinely appreciate the nurses, technicians and doctors at Legacy ER for all that they do!

Why am I paying doctor's visit price when I am being seen by the PAs? are there doctors that actually work there? every time I have been there, its only PAs? then there should be separate copays when seen by PAs and should not charge doctor's price. Do you pay the same to the PAs as doctors? I can report this to the medical board.

We've been coming to this location since it opened and Dr D (I can't remember his whole name) was curt and in a rush after we waited 35 minutes. Didn't do a thorough look, just said strep and flu were negative. If this had been our first visit, I wouldn't go back. He was so put out by my questions. I brought my daughter

My son had 2 visits over a two-week period, and I want to make sure that both doctors we saw are acknowledged. Both were very open to listening and both were very thorough. Last but not least and maybe most important, both were super nice. Cannot tell you how refreshing it is to speak with a doctor who does not think people are stupid and actually have the ability to listen to a patient or parent who knows their children very well. I wish I had their names, but they were both excellent! Whomever is hiring your doctors deserves a big raise!

I have always had a great experience at Legacy. This time I received a bad IV, and repeatedly said it hurt. The medicine was continued to be admitted and resulted in an infiltrated IV and arm that is still painful. I am hesitant to return.
