For the most part, everything was handled swiftly. I felt that I may have spent a little bit more time than expected between the doctor visit and the nurse coming to give me the steroid shot, but all things being said it was a great experience.

The doctor was super knowledgeable and really listened to my concerns. He asked the right questions to better understand my visit, and I appreciate his treatment plan and recommendations. The nurses who assisted me were friendly and very knowledgeable of their processes. I love how much I learned during my visit so I could feel more comfortable with the treatment. Great experience overall.

Both Susan (NP) and Muhammad (RN) were great. They were professional, explained everything to both me and my daughter. Highly recommend and highly am thankful and happy that I went here instead of my FP. She couldn’t see me until Wednesday. I would have been in a lot of pain for that long. So I do appreciate Legacy ER.

I was pleasantly surprised based on past experiences of the cleanliness, professionalism, time (which may be attributed to the time arrived--very early) But if the morning experience is offered throughout the day I would continue to recommend to others and will return in the event I were to have another emergency. Overall, the process for getting in there was easy, and the wait wasn't too long. Once in, though I did sit, there were staff always in and out doing things that were needed, between blood, IV, CT Scan, etc. Staff was extremely polite and nice overall.

The staff and the entire experience was awesome, fast, and friendly. I wish I had this type of treatment every time I needed a doctor. I’m just visiting Texas, and the way we were treated was so good. They all addressed my 9 year old son like a human, and it was just a pleasant experience. Thank you!

For the most part staff was great. Doctor was a little cold and didn’t spend much time with me. Followed up with my doctor and he spent about 5X longer with me. Fee seemed arbitrarily high.

I go to Legacy ER anytime I get sick. Easier than getting into my regular doctor. Legacy is always great. Easy registration, short wait, great people and professional service. This visit, Skylar was my doctor. She was great.
