My only concern is that you don't collect the co pay amount and I get a billing from your collector which adds two postage charges to the cost pf care!

The whole staff at the Urgent Care was top notch. They took great care of me from the second arrived till I was discharged. All test and procedures were clearly communicated. I need to be transferred to a hospital and they made that process seamless. Overall I can't say enough good things about my experience. They made the best of a medical emergency.

The staff was great about getting right back to a trauma room and starting my treatment . They also kept my sons up to date on my status and the next steps in my treatment. I can't thank Dr Salcido, Paul, and Alyssa for the wonderful care that I received!!

When i went to the back for the nurse to check my blood pressure.instead of him taking my weight he asked me to guess what it was and he asked him the whole time did i do drugs i dont do drugs i told him that i was dizzy, lightheaded and was feeling well and he again asked me did i take drugs.i was beyond upset

100/10 experience! I was scared, in pain and distress. The staff was SO friendly and was quick to help me. The doctor explained things in a very easy to understand way and had great bedside manner. The ultrasound tech was amazing and so was the nurse and office staff. Zero complaints. Will go back if I find myself needing urgent or ER care again!

Top notch in many areas of care from cold , flu to serious medical conditions such as broken bones, internal organs, stitches, cardiac , etc. I am very thankful for the great medical care at Legacy ER.

Three times I've Legacy ER and each time I received diagnosed where I was diagnosed & needed hospitalizations and was arranged hospital and transportation.
Always kind, friendly, professional staff. I'm quick to refer anyone in need or to the area.

Keep dye free options for common medicines like Tylenol, Benadryl etc. Some kids are allergic to dyes .

I've had to use Legacy ER in Allen multiple times over the years and am always so impressed with their level of professionalism, quality service, speed and respect! From the front desk to the doctors to the nurses and radiology staff. Very impressive

In general a lot of instances I've heard have been the long wait times at hospitals. This one was totally a different experience where the overall wait time before getting attended was less than 15-20mins and that includes the registration process as well.

I've been using this clinic since Covid. Excellent service everytime. In 2023, they found a tumor in my spouses kidney. With their detailed assessment and the findings, this helped us to go seek care and get this tumor out in 9 days. I will always be grateful to all the professionalism in this particular clinic, they saved my spouses life. God bless them all.

I had reservations at first about going to an urgent care believing I wouldn't get the attentive care like a primary care doctor. I must say from the time I checked in the registration personnel was so helpful, and explained about my billing and coverage. I was evaluated by Tameka Henley, and she was so tentative to my illness and most of all listened to what was going on with me. Her bedside manner was so caring. Thank you Urgent care Staff

Went to two establishments before coming to Legacy ER for my daughters broken arm and was extremely frustrated by the time I got there. The staff was amazing from time we walked in the door to the checkout process. . It was refreshing to go to somewhere for healthcare and see people that seemed to enjoy what they did.

Even though patients provide signatures for treatment. Patients should be advised to certain scans/xrays during the treatment hat may change the type of visit from Emergency Room visit versus Urgent Care and being told there is a $500.00 co-payment and the Registration Clerk stating can I pay at least $250.00.

While waiting 20-30 min for Covid / flu or other onsite
process lab work in the treatment room; provide some mental stimulation via the TV set that seems to always be off in those rooms. Takes some of the anxiety of waiting for the test results; or if you've been bumped due o a higher/more critical case that has arrived.

Staff was friendly. The Dr. did all the things I needed to get better. He was just a little matter-of-fact and did not come back in to see if I had additional questions (which I did and were relayed by the kind nurse).

The lady who actually diagnosed my problem was outstanding. She knew her stuff and actually cared about me. Not sure of her credentials but maybe a Nurse Practitioner. Please give her a gold star.

I've visited this place a few times for myself my son and my mom, every time I've been here it's been nothing but great service! The wait time is great, the staff is incredible! I have an urgent care at the end of my street but I travelled across the city to come here. I can't say enough good things about everyone there.

All good, except when a visit does not cure the symptoms, And we have to go back, And they want to charge again for the same symptoms that was not resolved; There should be a period like 30 days or so, That if you go back because you are not well yet from the same symptoms, You should not be charged again, Other than that, Legacy has been the best in our area, Even better than my regular doctor.

I've been a Lagacy ER patient for approx two years. I went initially to the location on Eldorado and Custer. The Prosper location rates just as highly. I prefer coming to Legacy over my PCP, who isn't nearly as well staffed, timely, or professional.

The entire visit was done professionally and Staff was incredible with being concerned and caring. Not in a hurry to get you in and out like herding cows. I will be using Legacy for my sick visits moving forward instead of going to my orimary care physician. The doctor at Legacy was so personable and explained all that was wrong with me and how it will be treated. Thank you Legacy. The wait time is super.
