There was only one block of time where we were concerned about not being checked on. While my daughter was waiting for the area to numb up that was going to be stitched we were told it would be ~20 minutes. 30 minutes passed with nobody coming in to check on her before I peeked out to check with the staff.
The NP was very personable and did a great job placing my daughter's stitches.

Overall, no treatment was received other than a CT, but I was very pleased with the staff. The recommendation that I receive an endoscopy in conjunction with a scheduled colonoscopy was very helpful. This has now been arranged. The purpose of my visit was dysphagia which had been going on for 10-12 hours. Fortunately, the symptoms subsided prior to leaving Legacy.

I have been to the particular facility several times in the past and have received great treatment. It seems that even though the ownership has changed the service still remains very good. Some of the staff have remained and I have grown to trust them through all my visits.

I have been to the Methodist Legacy ER & Urgent Care center several time. The doctors and staff are great people. The urgent care center is more like the doctor's office where I grew up. A small doctor's office where everyone is friendly and treat you like a neighbor.
