Legacy was my 3rd stop! I was dismissed politely from CVS minute clinic because I had a lot of blood in my urine sample. Of course I had a bad UTI. They thought I needed more care... Then I went to another urgent care innPrinceton that wouldn't see me either for same reason. That Place referred me to you. You were very professional and informative and Thank you for taking care of me, I was pretty uncomfortable as you can imagine.

Teenager came in for vomiting & headache. The doctor was good in that he gave her IV fluids, got Promethazine IV & CT Abd to R/O Appendicitis. However he did not address the headache that remained after treatment. We ended up going to Children's Hospital 12 hours later & the doctor there gave her IV fluids (still had a headache after fluids) so he gave Toradol IV, that finally brought her headache from a 10/10 to a 3/10 and later we were able to stop the headache completely at home with ongoing prescriptions he gave.

I'd would like to send a special thank you to the doctor that treated me. His expertise is greatly appreciated. I felt like he asked thorough questions and gave me information that I could take back to my rheumatologist. Thank you a million!
Also, the nursing staff and registration associate were so caring and knowledgeable.

I had seen another facility three days prior to coming to Legacy. I feel like this physician took the time to listen to my symptoms and prescribed me the proper medications needed to treat my bronchitis.

MY answers seem harsh not meant that way. I had a issue with a clogged ear and the procedure did nothing and after going to a ENT later that day they did fix the issues BUT the ER location simply put did not have right equipment to do what was needed! Thanks nothing personal

For an Urgent Care facility, there didn't seem to be an urgency toward patient care. When I arrived, I was the only one in the waiting room. The intake person was on the phone for about 5 mins before I was even acknowldeged. Then it took about 10 minutes before they called me back. And another 5 or 10 before someone even came to triage the situation.

The staff is ALWAYS very friendly, professional and thorough. Both my husband and I specifically drive to this location (from Allen) because we know we are going to get fast and GOOD care!

The only comment is that the lady at the front was very friendly smiled and was helpful but the guy who did the triage in the first little intake room was not happy at all he was not rude but was not very friendly but everyone else smiled and that made us comfortable my brother has Down Syndrome and he likes to talk and ask people there names and communicate and the first guy seem not interested but I will still return

Legacy ER diagnosed me twice and referred me to a specialist twice in the last 10+ years that was 'life saving'. Professional and friendly staff. Always feel listened to when I express my health concerns for both me and my son's. Billing always seems clean, clear and decisive.

He didn't touch me. I said O think I pulled something in my back. No examination. Four prescriptions and I'm out the door. Doesn't seem very thorough.

I received excellent Customer Service from the beginning of my registration and my discharge.
I received excellent care from the doctor that treated me the doctor prescribed the correct prescription for the medication that I needed.I will always recommend this ER to family and friends.
When looking for an Urgent Care facility The Legacy ER is the place where you want to be treated.

Although the doctor and nurse were so thorough in treatment and diagnosis, the Tech, Ingrid was so caring, she had such a kind, caring spirit. The nurse had a great team. I've gone to this clinic for years, but never had to go in the back for I v fluids and several tests. The care was comforting.

Efficient and quality care. Doctors/staff are knowledgeable and kind. My family has always been well cared for. I only go here for urgent care, prefer it over my general physicians office. Highly recommend!

Triage was bad as there were two guys and I had to keep repeating . Advised couldn't get BP but was insistent of course patient was fussing. When I picked up nurses notes quite a bit of wrong info. No. Verbal wheelchair bound but was listed as ambulatory and could drive etc. No wound care from doctor . Waited in exam room 25 minutes and had to ask nurse desk why? Lack of communication. Not the level of care we see
