Ingrid was amazing. Most people roll their eyes when we say our child is Spanish dominant; and she understood the assignment. She made him comfortable, made him smile, and allowed him to use his language to explain what was going on. Our child has a significant language impairment, along with being bilingual, and she helped him use his voice. That means the entire world for us. If I could give Ingrid a hug I would. She was hands down the best.

Everything from the check-in to the nurse, pa, check out was professional, compassionate understood I did not feel good at all and was quick to get me seen and on my way.

I was in and out in probably 90 min and was provided antibiotics for my ailments. The staff were all incredibly helpful and nice from check in to check out.

The setup of an urgent care and ER in one place is so convenient and allows for treatment of minor and major symptoms. I showed up not knowing how severe my problem was and I ended up being moved from urgent care to ER so I was so glad to have chosen Legacy to go to!

Love this Legacy urgent care. Desk check in is fast and easy. Nurse for check was great, listened and was friendly. Loved the doctor in duty- she was great. Checkout process was great as well.

It's clean, quick, and gets answers. I use Legacy for what would usually been seen at my family practice, but they are quicker and can do more on the initial visit. I've always had good outcomes and will continue to come back as long as that remains true.

Our nurse practioner that treated us was AMAZING! (Priya Gathings)
She immediately recognized after her assessment that my daughter needed a chest x-ray to rule out pneumonia. It ended up being pneumonia and she was so very thorough with plan of care and treatment. I don’t like to volunteer that. I am a nurse of 20 years But I absolutely appreciate it her bedside manner and her thorough education on all the medications and discharge. She was awesome!

Everything went smoothly. Patient load must have been light, so I got in quickly and was moved to an exam room quickly. Doctor saw me soon after. I was taken back to xray and then brought back to the room. I waited not too long for the results and was then given medicine and a couple Rxs to fill at my pharmacy and was gone. I got good care because I am getting better.
