Mateo was fantastic as well as the other nurse and doctors I saw. The registration process took longer than I thought. I feel like I wasn't taken seriously as a lot of paperwork needed to be filled out before they would get me a room. I was clearly in excruciating pain and unable to do what they needed. Once I got a room and got care, I was a lot better.

I wish yall still sent rx to pharmacy for us. A pain to do it and wait for it there

I prefer This ER than my regular doctor visits because I feel the environment more soothing somehow. I find the staff so friendly. I almost want to gift them chocolates the next time I visit.

The doctor first misdiagnosed my child who clearly had a broken bone. The assessment was totally lacking, she did't even feel around on other areas of her leg. Once I questioned them they looked at the x-ray again and said they saw two areas - one that was fractured and another area of concern. They let her walk out with a broken bone in her lower leg and told us to go to an orthopedic. Lastly she said she had already submitted the report with the one area of concern so she was going to attach an addendum to document the broken bone and email that to us, which they never did. The discharge papers said to follow up with Scottish Rite but provided contact information for Children's. We have been to Legacy ER many times over the years but this was so bad I will never go back.

I love this place for my urgent care needs! I like the fast in and out. But, my only concern is everyone that's goes to the bathroom or gives a speciman, has to grab the door handle to come out to use the sink to wash your hands!! That makes me sick! The only thing that makes me hesitate coming back, that is really nasty!

All staff were amazing! I actually ENJOYED my time while there.

I understand it is a business, however the cost for services for people doing cash pay is just astounding. You should be compensated for service, medical expertise and equipment; however the charges for service are well beyond that.

Procedure may dictate the need to call animal control if incident involved animal scratch/bite. But would be good to give patient heads up before police call them while there to file a report.

I felt like the doctor should have come inside the room to assist the patient before being sent to do an x- ray. The doctor come in to say hello after we got the x-ray done and said it wasn't necessary

It was extremely hard to pick just one re patient experience. I'm new to Frisco and was nervous about going to Urgent Care. However the check in staff, nurse and doctor were so very nice as well as professional that it had a calming effect during a stressful time for me. Thanks to everyone at Legacy Urgent Care.

Doctor wouldn't give pain meds for Kidney Stones. Tried to discharge me without telling me what the results to my CT, blood panels, and urine tests were. Then when I asked to see him, he didn't know any results other then I have kidney stones and the size. Didn't know location, didn't know white blood cell count even though I was admitted with a low grade fever. Then when I asked for pain meds he wouldn't give me any even after he know I had a 4mm kidney stone. Then I heard him and the nurse talking about me and how I wasn't in pain cause I was "typing 90 words per minute on my iPad". Which I was trying to finish my work for the day cause I figured they would give me pain meds and I wouldn't be able to work after that. He did give me toradol, and ilhoch is an anti inflammatory, and gave me a script for flow max. Which is great. I have been coming there with stones for 10 years. And they always give me pain meds to help while the stone is making its way through my uriters. Over all very disappointed with the doctor and the nurse. I will walk out if either of them are there when I need to come back. They made me feel like I was doing something wrong by advocating for myself. Ridiculous.

I went to the ER because my shoulder had come out of socket. The Dr. said It was in socket. It didn't feel like it. With the pain killer I had been given, at home I managed to get it back in socket.

I just wanted to say thank you again to the staff at Legacy ER & Urgent Care. They always provide excellent care and make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend them.

The office staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful! The nurses were the same! So kind, communicated very clearly, made us feel comfortable. The doctor was quite frankly horrible! Her bedside manner was despicable, and the only good that came out of it was that I was able to teach my teenager that sometimes she's going to run into doctors like that and that she has a choice to not go back and see them again. If you don't like your job, the people around you should have no clue. It was very evident she did not want to be there and I get it, we all have our bad days. But it's a professional who doesn't let that show.

I always have a good experience when I have the need to come to Legacy ER.

Having to wait 20 - 30 minutes for an offsite radiologist to review the x-rays is frustrating.

The doctor was dismissive and asked me what I wanted him to do for me. I came to the ER for competent medical care which involves a thorough assessment by a medical doctor and a professional recommendation for care. I did not come in with a plan of what I wanted the doctor to do for me. He did not listen to my lungs despite my issues of a dry cough and pain with every breath, did not reference my x ray. I don't know if he even looked at it. He completely dismissed the severe abdominal pain I came in with. Actually he did a painful exam while I was sitting up which was completely ineffective. Not to mention awkward as he reached under my arms while I was in a sitting position. I left with no diagnosis and no treatment plan and the same pain level that has actually increased since I left. I was given no plan of care except "come back if you need something". Complete waste of time and money. Doctor was smug and dismissive and did not seem to believe my complaints. I am continuing to struggle with difficulty even breathing bc of the pain in my lungs. Terrible. I have seen the same Dr before and had a nearly identical experience. I have used legacy urgent care many times in the past for my 6 kids and will steer clear of it as long as that man is practicing there. I will also steer others away from using the legacy er until I know that doctor will not be there. I am not one to complain about medical care - maybe 3 times in the last 15 years and those had to do with blatantly inappropriate comments that bordered on harassment. As caretaker of a household of 8 I have seen many doctors. I hold a post graduate degree and am better at diagnosing issues than most medical professionals - in fact I overruled a dentist and oral surgeon this summer to properly treat an infection in my daughter's mouth when they both recommend surgical extraction of a tooth which would have been completely unnecessary and invasive. I share that to say I don't often seek out medical advice for run of the mill issues and I can almost always effectively address and treat any symptoms I am experiencing. Unfortunately this doctor was more interested in the takeout he loudly ordered while I waited than I performing his professional duties.

The registration staff is completely unhelpful. I have been requesting a simple return to work note, I get told that I would have it within minutes but I never receive it. I get attitude from the staff when I ask for an update. Its rude and unprofessional.

The assessments made by the medical staff are often not thorough.

I really liked this urgent care, but I was deeply disappointed by the lack of care from one of the doctors.

Everyone was great! Truly appreciate how wonderful everyone was during my time of need. i could not have asked for better care.

The Dr was in a hurry, interrupted and didn't seem interested. The assistant was very nice but not knowledgeable about any of the medications she was giving. Came in with 3 syringes with medications unlabeled. She said she knew what they were by how much volume they had in them. She had no idea what they were for. The length of time waiting after the shots was very long and no updates or anyone to talk to for a long time.

Because we have a large family, we are at legacy very often and have rarely had a bad experience. We have lots of data points! It's always fast and easy. We're very thankful that this location is so well run. It makes my life so much easier!!
