I like that the tv in the lobby was playing uplifting Christian music videos. But mostly, the thorough care I received is why my family and I always visit Legacy ER when we need medical care. Their communication skills are excellent. We are very thankful.

Staff could not tell me cost of my ER care. Was in ER for 5 hours and most of that time I was alone by myself in a room

The whole experience was amazing from the moment I walked in . Everyone was so professional,caring and respectful of my wishes. One thing that impressed me was getting medicine before I left .I will use them again if the occasion merits it . So nice to be in and out in a short amount of time .

I recommend Legacy ER to anyone who needs quick, quality care for their health needs. The only improvement I could suggest is that the technicians who take your vital signs and review your symptoms and give you the rapid tests for things like flu, strep, covid, etc., realize that when they are wearing a mask it is not as easy for the patient to understand them and the questions that they are asking. I know they ask the same things, over and over, to all the patients, and it probably gets boring, but to the patient who is sick and only being asked once, it is very important to be able to understand what the technician is saying so as to be able to give the proper response. Please speak a little clearer and a little slower so we can understand you better.

I was impressed by how quickly I was seen. I also appreciated the doctor's practical approach. I had been sick for days but was worried I might not receive any medicine, but he took my concerns seriously.

I have frequented another E-care and their service is much better. After making an appointment online, you stay in your car until called in so you're not sitting in a waiting room for 30 minutes with other sick patients. Also a 30 minute wait is too long after you've made an appointment. The doctor hardly spoke to me about what was wrong. Also, I did not like having to take my prescriptions to the pharmacy myself, when the other er just sent them in and I went and picked them up on the way home. Taking them in myself while I was sick was an added inconvenience. I think I'll go back to the other E-care next time, even though it is a longer drive.

After seeing physician and being diagnosed with gastroenteritis I ended up in Er with diagnosis of appendicitis which had burst. So maybe more my own fault for not saying I really didn't think it was that at all but we've been coming here for many years and not sure I want to return after this missed diagnosis

It was easy to get in for an appt and the Dr prescribed appropriate meds for my illness.

This specific clinic never disappoints. From checkin to the care administered has always been spot on. Being able to schedule an appt online is a great option to have. Actually prefer to go to this clinic versus my primary care doctor. 5 Stars

I always get great medical care and the staff is terrific. However, I was extremely disappointed in how dirty the bathroom was. In a medical facility that needs to be extremely clean as so many sick people use it.
I have never seen it that dirty and cluttered.

The Dr. Who treated my son has no knowledge at all. We visited for an urgent care for a severity reason,bare minimum tests were also not conducted and mentioned what is the impact. But charged me 150$.
Never recommend this urgent care to anyone.

I did not know where to turn for help and my sweet daughter-in-law brought me here and said it was the best place to be. She had come here before for her own emergency. She was absolutely correct.
