9/10. Fairly long wait, but understandable during heavy flu season. Doctor was quick and efficient. Very helpful. All staff was kind!

Very frustrated sitting in the room 40 minutes when I was the second person there at 7:30 am. Never saw a Doctor. Left with an over the counter medicine recommendation. Sad that you can't get an iv drip for hydration drip without being charged as an emergency visit.

I love when the Dr came in to tell me I hadn't been forgotten & that they're really busy. She then took time to find out how my test results were. I was inn& out in about an hour.

Lobby could have been cleaner. Used tissues on the floor were a sign the area had not been cleaned. It is a sign the patients are not clean but staff should look around pick up.

The staff was so helpful and warming. I feel like with some urgent care offices when you ask questions about insurance they're really quick to try to say no we don't take that go somewhere else, but I really felt that the reception lady was so sweet and kind and cared when I was on my last leg and the doctor was amazing. The nurse was amazing everybody there was just so amazing and so nice to me and my little boy. The reception lady had blonde hair.. so kind.

We don't like going to the doctor, but when we do we are ALWAYS pleased with the care we get at Legacy Care on Denton Tap in Coppell. Thank you!

Disappointed in the medical aide/nurse taking vitals upon entrance, wasn't listening to me and talking over me. Got there 30 mins before 9 aka ER time, needed to have a CT scan and blood work to which I was informed it would now be the ER COPAY plus fees for tests, scans etc. If someone comes in before ER time they shouldn't have to pay the ER copay just because they need tests and scans. The person or insurance is paying for those portions of the visit regardless.

I had a great experience except for upon being interrogated by a male staff member taking my blood pressure. Had he not have been rude you wouldn't be reading this.

The care took too long and I had to wait two hours at an all-night Walgreen's pharmacy to get the medicine the doctor prescribed.

The medical staff was very attentive to me as soon as i was able to check in and be called back to be evaluated. The NP was very attentive to my needs and concerns and as soon as I left 2 hours later I was feeling a lot better under the recommendations of her treatment plan!

I called to schedule an appointment with the Dr., and I asked the medical staff if it would be possible to see a Dr. for anxiety meds. And she said yes, so I then scheduled an appointment. After visiting with the Dr. I was told that he could not prescribe me anxiety meds. So I paid my fee $150 and wasted my time.

Always have had a very god experience here. This is my second visit. The only thing different was the last time they gave me an IV for my diverticulitis which really helped get it under control.
