9/10. Fairly long wait, but understandable during heavy flu season. Doctor was quick and efficient. Very helpful. All staff was kind!

Very frustrated sitting in the room 40 minutes when I was the second person there at 7:30 am. Never saw a Doctor. Left with an over the counter medicine recommendation. Sad that you can't get an iv drip for hydration drip without being charged as an emergency visit.

I was having a horrible panic attack. They responded within seconds of arrival. Just their presence made things better even before treatment. Very kind and understanding with the knowledge that goes along with it

Really appreciate the entire experience that both my wife and I had within the week of one another for completely separate issues. The Team is incredibly professional, kind and fast! The best urgent care experience we've ever had, very impressed. Also, they insisted we urge the pharmacy to call them if there was an issue with one of my wife's prescriptions and sure enough we had an issue. The pharmacy called and they had it sorted out in no time. Thanks y'all sincerely! Such a relief to know you're there when needed.

I love when the Dr came in to tell me I hadn't been forgotten & that they're really busy. She then took time to find out how my test results were. I was inn& out in about an hour.

I have always had a wonderful experience with Legacy ER in Frisco, TX. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly & professional. They went above & beyond to make sure the symptoms that were debilitating were immediately addressed while I was being seen by the doctor for flu. They provided medication right away for my high fever, pain and inflammation for my illness so I could rest & start feeling better sooner. Thank you!

Lobby could have been cleaner. Used tissues on the floor were a sign the area had not been cleaned. It is a sign the patients are not clean but staff should look around pick up.

The care took too long and I had to wait two hours at an all-night Walgreen's pharmacy to get the medicine the doctor prescribed.

I believe I should have been prescribed antibiotics on my first visit. I think it could have prevented the next 2 visits by expediting my recovery.

My daughter was seen for a sprained thumb; they placed her in a finger splint that was barely secured & didn't even restrict movement at the base of her thumb where the injury is. We had to obtain a different brace specifically meant for sprained thumbs.

The medical staff was very attentive to me as soon as i was able to check in and be called back to be evaluated. The NP was very attentive to my needs and concerns and as soon as I left 2 hours later I was feeling a lot better under the recommendations of her treatment plan!

My son got a fishhook stuck in his finger while he was fishing with Grandpa while I was driving in from out of town. I sent them right to you guys because I knew he would get great care. Mikey told me the nurse and the doctor that cut the fishhook out of his finger were"so nice, caring, and helpful."They noticed I was getting scared and helped calm me down. Thank you all for taking great care of my sweet kiddo.
