Very friendly, efficient staff. The supervision sas handled by a nurse practitioner, not a physian. Significant testing and evaluation were done and each person involved in my care displayed real competence. The level of care I received was superior to much of the care I receive in Maine.I would highly recommend the care of Virginia Mason urgent care

The front desk receptionist was extremely rude. We have been going to legacy er for 20 years and never had the issue. When trying to leave and discharge out person wasn’t there and waited for awhile and when finally came back they was not friendly. Horrible customer service at front desk. Nurses and doctor were great. Need new front staff!

Staff was so friendly and knowledgable. Process to get in and out was a breeze. Short wait time. Compared to mine in East Texas, loved the ease. If need urgent care service again while out of town, I will definitely use y’all again.

I had a kidney stone and was blown away at efficiency, treatment time, diagnosis and discharge. Working as an NP myself in a large ED, you are looking at a 6 h wait time at least and treatment does not happen until you get back unless you are screened and meds are ordered and given in advance while you wait for a room. 3 h and I was back at work (no narcotics needed). I was comfortable within an hour of arrival! Thank you to the staff, nursing, imaging and the doctor that cared for me!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Each NP or RN that helped my daughter (who was SO SCARED) was so calming and great with her. Letting her know what to expect and being encouraging each step of her treatment (stitches). 10/10 visit.

Our family always prefers to go to Legacy ER because we get good care, the facilities are clean, not crowded and we are in and out quickly. If you have a question after you leave, all you have to do is call and they get you the answers you need quickly and efficiently. They follow up to see how you’re doing.

Anna, Dereck, both drs and all staff were amazing! The triage guy was so great too. Everyone was so nice and caring, made me feel so cared for especially since I was there alone.
