The team that was working on Friday when I came in was terrific. They took me immediately back and reassured me that no matter what, I was in good hands. I felt like a VIP! Legacy will be my go-to for all our urgent care needs, not just in case of an emergency.

Facility was clean and organized. Processed me into their System quickly. Waited maybe 10 minutes at most. Took me to nice room. Very efficient in diagnosing and treatment. Friendly staff.

Staff should knock before coming in a room. I was having an internal vaginal ultrasound performed and while exposed, some staffwho was not supposed to be there (was not the doctor or nurse), just walked in and then left after seeing what was going on. I was vulnerable and exposed and felt violated.

My main issue with the place was that the care wasn't geared toward kids (pediatrics).

I had issues with getting a prescription filled , long story short . Mateo went beyond to help me . Even calling another place to see about a prescription and calling me and printing out a coupon for me . He didn't have to do any of that . Everyone was so friendly . Thank you so much

I have to say that I had an unexpected and compassionate level of care that I was not anticipating. From the check-in process, to the nurse, to the paramedic who gave me injections, and most specifically the Dr who treated me! Everything about this visit was top notch. The facility is spotless, the wait time doesn't exist and my total time there was so quick and thorough I was/am truly amazed! I highly recommend this facility for any healthcare concerns you may have!!

The doctor was very fast which was nice, but he wasn't with us more than a minute! He was kind but it felt rushed.

We've been to Legacy several times, and every time it has been a much better experience than any other urgent care or emergency room visits. They always get us in right away, the staff is very polite and took care of our needs. From the time my son was injured at home to the time that we were back at home after being seen, treated, and released a Legacy, was about 90 minutes. That turnaround time is unheard of anywhere else. I can't see how much we appreciate you, please never change.

My nurse was amazing! I wish I could remember his name! He was great! I felt rushed to get all my information to them when I couldn't breath. Luckily the nurse heard me breathing and came and took me back immediately to start a breathing treatment. I very much appreciate that.

From the time I walked into the facility, the medical staff were attentive and friendly. The NP listened to my concerns before prescribing medications for me and the nurse that gave me an injection was gentle. They did great.

I am in lot of back pain doctor treated me with urgent medical treatment that I know I will feel better it's just the matter of time. Dr. Dauber was so quick in his treatment. Amazing. All of the doctors and medical staff are so good.

It was not crowded at all! The check-in process was simple and easy! I was in and out. I received exceptional care by the nurses and doctors that were there as well. The facility was also cleaned which I liked.
