This entire process was phenomenal. Everyone was very nice, I was treated with compassion, and my tests and results were very quick. Best urgent care visit I have ever encountered.

My unexpected visit was easily the best urgent care/er visit I have ever had. Everyone we encountered that evening was kind and got us through in record time. I am so thankful to have a go-to place now!

There was no instruction on how to care for my wound once the foreign object was removed. Would have been nice to know that information.

I am always treated with kindness and efficiency at Legacy. I'm rarely kept in the waiting room for more than a few minutes. I leave with answers and prescriptions

Intake paperwork was minimal, wait time in lobby was reasonable, care time was swift. The x-ray tech seemed less than friendly, but overall, service was great!

Dr. Mayer, Nurse Hailey, and Daniel were absolutely amazing! I've never felt so at ease with a medical team. They were warm, welcoming, and truly listened to me, making the entire experience exceptional. The girl at the front desk could've done better though ? didn't seem too friendly or understanding.

All was good except for the wait time in having my x-ray read. I understand the radiologist reads a number of these off site so this takes time. I was given a warm blanket during my wait and a breathing treatment.

Someone should have told us about the backlog in radiologists reading scans. It would have made the wait tolerable

Dr.Phillips was amazing ! Heres a doctor who not only has a great bedside manner , but more importantly was his blunt to the point recommendation given my condition. He was not going to waste our time and money . Highest respect for that man !.

I appreciate the friendly and professional staff who listen to my needs and address them. The check in process is easy and secure. The waiting room is clean and spacious- to avoid contact with others. I plan to continue to use Legacy ER and Urgent Care for my medical care.

I was seen almost immediately upon signing in. During the doctor's examination it was determined that this was an emergency situation rather than a simpler urgent care due to extent of my injuries. The total time there was longer than I anticipated. I'm not sure why other than the doctor had a shift change. I had several X-rays taken checking for possible fractures from my fall. Preliminary results were negative for any fractures and I assume that after radiologist review that remained as the physician informed me since I have not been notified of any change in X-ray status.

From the registration to the NP and DR. Everyone was very kind, professional and moved quickly with care. I was there just a little before 4am feeling miserable, and they had me in and out under an hour. I'm very grateful for how quickly they worked

The nurse tech and I the another nurse they were dope. Love their energy I wasn't focused on how I felt when I first pulled up. An the doc was chill sweet very helpful. Another patient was a annoyed but she didn't have any patience. The staff got me fixed up quick and easy.

Unfortunately came just before a ""shift change"" so initial doctor that was about to leave ordered tests for us that we did not need. Was left in room for over 30 minutes without being seen between first doc and 2nd.

The doctor never introduced himself during our visit. I'm still not sure what his name was. He walked in wearing a Ralph Lauren shirt and sweatpants without a badge. He was nice and I trusted our son in his care but I could tell he was one of those physicians who has been practicing for so long that he forgets about simple bedside manner.

Great care and quick check in process. Only negative this time was airing for a long time for the doctor. However, it's still much more expedient than an ER.

Travis, along with the front desk staff, were absolutely above and beyond. I've been grieving and had an injury to tend for that I couldn't wait on the VA for. From the moment I reached out this office made me feel listened to and cared for from start to finish not just as a patient but a person. Their level of care and dedication made all the difference. I'm so grateful to the nurses, radiologist, and doctor for being so lovely to my 6 year old when we came in. You never know what to expect when bringing a child to a medical facility that isn't specifically for pediatrics, and I couldn't have been more impressed with how comfortable everyone made her feel.
