process was better than expected due to the large number of patients ahead of me. I was told 2 hours wait. I was called after only 45 minutes. I appreciated the care, friendliness and cleanliness of the venue.

Going to an urgent care or ER is normally not an enjoyable experience but the level of care, courtesy and compassion puts you at ease and I would not go anywhere else. The brief times I had to seek care in other states I am sorely disappointed it is never at this quality of Legacy ER!

We had a visit to the ER on Saturday with my daughter, and I would like to sincerely thank the care team who helped us.
A special thank you to Miss Jessica, the nurse who took care of my daughter. She was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring during a very stressful time. Her calm and compassionate approach made a big difference for both my daughter and us as parents.
We are truly grateful to the doctor as well for the professional and attentive care provided. Thank you all for your dedication and support.
