I called a few days later after the visit to see if the doctor that saw me was available to answer a question. Unfortunately, he wasn't. I asked the receptionist if they knew the next time he would be in so I could ask a question about the visit. She said they couldn't give me that information. I was curious as to why I wouldn't be able to get in contact with the doctor that treated me.

The Dr and her assistant were very professional. However, I wanted the Dr to examine my pelvic area and she did not. She suggest that I see a gynecologist. At least, I expected to be examined which was the reason for my visit. Otherwise, all contacts were excellent. Front desk receptionist.. excellently helpful.

Being a black woman going to a healthcare place they usually don’t take me serious. This doctor actually cared about. Getting my results and making sure I came to a solution before I left a lot of times they just Ignore my symptoms and give me a basic answer and send me home

I’ve always been very happy with my care at legacy this past Thursday I was there and the doctor was older and told me I had a lot of arthritis in my knee the following Monday I saw an orthopedic doctor and he said he didn’t see any arthritis. Of course this was different x-rays, so I’m just that was the problem is it was something he thought was arthritis but it really wasn’t

All the doctors who tended to me were extremely nice. They were knowledgeable and didn’t keep me waiting long without checking on me. They were knowledgeable whole process from start to finish I was very pleased.

I waited 55 minutes in the exam room before the doctor came in. She was very nice tho. (The last time I came in I had to wait 1-1/2 hours before the doctor came into the exam room.) Everything else in both visits was great.

All was great - Dr was rude, maybe had a bad day. Corrected my 3 yr old son on his name because he pronounced it incorrectly.. he’s 3… not that big of a deal. Gave off too busy and bothered to be dealing with us

Happy with a diagnosis and how the doctor and NP from the cardiac department explained things to me. I was sent home with a multi-page document explaining pericarditis. The discharge paperwork was easy and explicit in what to do next and also listed my medications.

Staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful for seeing my daughter and I at the same time since we both were in for the same situation. The facility got busy and it seemed that discharging me became a lower priority as other patients were prioritized.
