I've been treated here before. In fact, due to my overwhelmingly positive past experiences here, I drove from Pilot Point to be treated.

I am truly grateful to all the staff, nurses and most of all the care that Dr Priya had shown to me. Very detailed instructions how to get better from my sickness. I admire the people how they show courtesy to the patients who walked in that day. Friendly, courteous, caring and honest.

I love that it has the ability to be used as an urgent care. I called quite a few different places looking for an after hours clinic for my daughter who had an ear infection. The lady on the phone explained at 7 they could see her as an urgent care visit. They were fast, friendly, and we were confident in their abilities.

Going to an urgent care or ER is normally not an enjoyable experience but the level of care, courtesy and compassion puts you at ease and I would not go anywhere else. The brief times I had to seek care in other states I am sorely disappointed it is never at this quality of Legacy ER!

My Nurses were very friendly and funny. They kept things lighthearted even though I felt like I was dying at the time. I wasn't, but the staff were very prompt, efficient, and handled me well!

We had a visit to the ER on Saturday with my daughter, and I would like to sincerely thank the care team who helped us.
A special thank you to Miss Jessica, the nurse who took care of my daughter. She was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring during a very stressful time. Her calm and compassionate approach made a big difference for both my daughter and us as parents.
We are truly grateful to the doctor as well for the professional and attentive care provided. Thank you all for your dedication and support.

Excellent care and customer service. Once I got home I took the antibiotics that were prescribed to me Sulfa/Meth...... When I woke up Saturday AM my face was blow up/swollen could barely see..... so I think I'm allergic to that brand of antibiotic but that's no fault of the Center..... I had not idea.....
I've taken antibiotics before just not this particular brand....so I'll be sure to stay away from that brand and inform the Dr.
