You had me in and out in under 30 minutes. Thank you for recommending I get tested for Covid as I was positive. I had no idea that is what was wrong. You immediately prescribed me Paxlovid which is a godsend as I have an autoimmune disease that weakens my immune system. Thanks for always being there for the community.

It would be helpful of the staff asks if a school note is needed. I had to drive back 2 days later just to get a school note.

Dr.Philips is the best! He is thorough and knows what he is talking about. I will say my daughter came down last month for a back problem and was very unhappy with the care she received from a female physician. The physician was hell bent on a kidney problem and wasn't treated for her back pain. There was no kidney problem! Just giving you my honest feed back. But Dr. Philips is the absolute best!!

I waited about 45 minutes in the back room waiting for the doctor. I caught a man in the hall and he said my name was not posted on the list of patients. Soon after this, a NP came to talk to me. The whole visit took over an hour (and no one was in the waiting room)
The women begging the front desk were laughing and having a fun conversation. They should be doing their job better.

The staff at Legacy are always so polite and friendly. They also show genuine concern for my issues and my well-being. They are courteous and respectful of my needs both physically and mentally. They are exceptional! I have visited two different Legacy locations and the staff at both locations are cream of the crop! Thank you.

I needed a referal to a specialist to follow up with mi condition and a side effect for the antibiotic you gave me after the ER visit and since I had not primary care provider, I was told the ER facility should do it, I called you and I was told that was not possible since you were urgent care facility, fortunately I had I previous urgent care visit before going with you, so I call them and they were able to help me!! I'll try to go there next time!

The front desk lady was more concerned with her phone than any thing!!!
The Dr was so rude and disrespectful that I will be making a follow up complaint. If I wasn't in so much pain I would have walk out and refuse treatment. The other staff was much better then them two.

The Nurse Practitioner - Doctor I had was the most incredible woman. She was so compassionate, took her time with me, and was just the most beautiful person inside and out. Her expertise, knowledge and bed side manner were impeccable. TRuly the best experience.

Everyone is courteous and very friendly. They take care of your needs as quickly as possible and of course if they are slammed with patients this may take a little longer but still great service.

I have been in bed sick for several days. Then my lymph nodes in my neck swelled and hurt. Everyone listened and did everything they could to make sure I was ok. Even though results say that I just need to rest additional days to feel better I appreciate the care. Thank you.

I wish I remembered the name of the technician who helped me. He was so helpful and nice. He put me at ease and really cared. I didn't have a pen with me and thought I would remember but at 83 it goes away fast. He deserves to be recognized.

Waited longer than expected but diagnosis and treatment was good. Although it did start bleeding again when I got home and the steri strip didnt stay on very long. I had to go buy some.
