Patient was discharged with sodium level of 120. Dr and triage nurse did not have any kindness and thought patient was overreacting. Took time entering info in the triage room even when the patient said he is dizzy and said your vitals are ok. How did the Dr discharge without letting us know how dangerously low the sodium was? Gace saline, did not repeat blood work and discharged the patient without any mention of the critical low sodium level.

Facility was clean and organized. Processed me into their System quickly. Waited maybe 10 minutes at most. Took me to nice room. Very efficient in diagnosing and treatment. Friendly staff.

Staff should knock before coming in a room. I was having an internal vaginal ultrasound performed and while exposed, some staffwho was not supposed to be there (was not the doctor or nurse), just walked in and then left after seeing what was going on. I was vulnerable and exposed and felt violated.

The doctor on duty placed staples in my scalp, well tried. Two were no even in my scalp and the third was only half placed.
I had to go to another urgent care the following day and the doctor there placed them properly.
The nurse was great though.

Legacy assured us that they could take care of my son, however, their recommendation was that we take him straight to the ER at Children's. It ended up being the best recommendation. We appreciated the honesty

I have to say that I had an unexpected and compassionate level of care that I was not anticipating. From the check-in process, to the nurse, to the paramedic who gave me injections, and most specifically the Dr who treated me! Everything about this visit was top notch. The facility is spotless, the wait time doesn't exist and my total time there was so quick and thorough I was/am truly amazed! I highly recommend this facility for any healthcare concerns you may have!!

We've been to Legacy several times, and every time it has been a much better experience than any other urgent care or emergency room visits. They always get us in right away, the staff is very polite and took care of our needs. From the time my son was injured at home to the time that we were back at home after being seen, treated, and released a Legacy, was about 90 minutes. That turnaround time is unheard of anywhere else. I can't see how much we appreciate you, please never change.
