Check-in process was easy and didn't have me filling out paper work for forever. Staff was responsive and made me feel comfortable and didn't keep my waiting.

I had a broken finger, and the doctor was concerned, gentle, and very knowledgeable about next steps. He recommended an orthopedist which I went to the next day and his suggested prognosis was right on target.

Bethany and the tech who administered the shots were great and explained the treatment in detail. Total time of visit was very reasonable given the number of people in the waiting room. Room was clean and the tech walked me towards the exit door upon discharge.
It would be nice to have prescriptions automatically sent to the patient's preferred pharmacy. I don't recall the last time I had to physically drop off a written prescription after seeing a provider prior to this visit.

The NP that I saw was extremely kind. She gave me fantastic advice and listened to my concerns about certain medications and subsequent advice following that. I've been here when my husband needed stiches and when my oldest needed an X-ray. I love this place and have never had a bad experience.

The doctor was wearing a mask (which I understand is good medical practice), however, it made her voice very hard for me to understand. I've had this same doctor in the past, and I don't know if it was just the type of mask, or what else it could have been, but this time her voice was so muffled. She's a sweetheart though! Always remembers who I am from my previous visits and is very kind.

The Dr was very helpful and knew right away that I just had and gave me some meds that night so I wouldn't have to go to the pharmacy. Very kind to do that. Will always come to this Urgent care.

The entire staff was polite, professional and informative. I really liked the PA who treated me, as well as the lady that took my X-ray. I really appreciate the way the staff playfully teased me about the way that I injured myself. (61 year old falling off a skateboard) it was all in fun but there was no judgement.
