Although my visits have not been for fun and enjoyment, but rather I had something wrong and I couldn't figure it out on my own. From the receptionist I always get a warm, cheerful greeting and she starts the process in motion. Second is a medical tech that screens and helps organize my issues. On to my private room with hardly a wait before someone is there asking more detailed questions. Then within minutes I see a medical professional that's read all my information and is ready to confirm and discuss treatments.

They got me back on my feet and feeling much better in 1.5 hour, which is incredibly fast in the ER for dehydration and vomiting. Everyone was super kind and professional.

I went in with a pain in the chest area. I asked for a ct scan due to a prior injury. The time was over 2 hours with 2 total people in the waiting area . The dr. Was dismissive stating I didnt need a ct. after results came back, it showed some fluid on heart. They did not run a ekg. Just crappy overall. Cracker jack er.

Terry the tech was very attentive and personable . Dr Dawson was very efficient and staff absolutely wonderful. I will only go here or one other ER when needed . This particular location seems to have it down .

I have been going to legacy ER for 6 and 1/2 years. I have referred at least 10 people to them and they all love legacy ER just as I do. 2 years ago they actually saved my life by finding an abscess on my large intestine because they knew something wasn't right. This is how competent they are. Don't ever fear of going there that they may not know what they're doing because they do

I live centrally located between many urgent care clinics and this is the only one that I can rely on for excellent and timely treatment. I have a couple bad disks in my low back and lately my migraines have been worsening. Last year it was a torn plantar plate. I'm getting old! I'm always nervous to come in because I don't want to look like a drug seeker. Thank God Dr. Boswell and crew helped me because I was in so much pain after waiting the migraine out for several days to no avail.

I'm fairly new to Frisco, Texas and this has been the best experience I've had since been here. The staff was friendly knowledgeable when above and beyond when it came to explaining everything to me. They also made Themselves available to me if I had any future questions or concerns. The front desk person was very inviting and friendly. Personally, this is the only urgent care that I will ever visit.

Waited quite a while with not many patients present. I think they may have actually forgotten we were there. The doctor did an extremely cursory physical exam and was in the room under 1 minute.
