Nurse was excellent. When he was taking my blood pressure and oxygen, he explained he was going to have his back to me while he was inputting my information and not just ignoring me. This only took about a minute or two but made such a difference in the experience. So often nurses forget to introduce themself, go about their task and never interact with the patient. HE WAS EXCELLENT!!!

Verify satisfied with the care. I go fairly often as I have Chronic Bronchitis COPD. THIS VISIT WAS FOR SISPECTED flu etc. I was there for a couple hours but I do have several cardiovascular heart issues. So I generally expect a somewhat longer visit.

My first experience at Legacy and it was top notch! Dr Colyer and all of the staff provided first class customer service! My situation needed ER service and he was upfront and explained everything. I will definitely be using them again! Excellent experience, wait time was less than 30 minutes, and they had me out of there after only 2 hours with ER services. Highly recommend.

I was in physical pain when I came into the facility with a UTI. The The security guard was very helpful and so was the rep at the front desk. I did not have to wait long before I was assisted to a room.

Everything was excellent as always here. I had not only a quick visit, but the Drs orders had me feeling better very quickly. So glad Legacy ER is so close.

All the staff were outstanding. Dr. Tauber went out of his way to carefully explain issues, cause and effect and viable solutions. A special test was sent off site and Dr. Tauber followed up us the next morning, even though he was off duty, and gave us the results and recommended care.
I will definitely return to Legacy ER& Urgent Care in Prosper if needed.
