My first visit to Legacy urgent care, found you on the list of Blue Cross providers. Service was very fast and efficient, staff very friendly. I'm sure I'll be back.

I chose to come here because of the care I've received the other 2 times I came and it just keeps getting better. The staff is friendly and helpful, nurses are always upbeat and positive and the doctors actually listen and care for the patients-emergent or not.

The check in process was swift and easy, the wait took a while but not too bad, and the best part was how quick I was seen by a Dr and how efficient she was in knowing how to treat my condition. I was out of there writhing 30-45min vs other places taking hours to see you and you having to wait just to get into the room and wait some more. Legacy Urget Care was clean and staff was friendly, I loved it!

The doctor acted like I was the plague he stayed in the room Maybe a minute and barely examined me. If you're sick enough to go to an Er then you probably feel pretty bad. I'm sure my insurance was charged hundreds of dollars for me to practically try and diagnose myself. He gave me two prescriptions maybe 4 pills total. That's definitely a sign of someone that didn't give a damn.

I sent you a comment already. The next day after still feeling "off" I went to Plano Presby ER They were very through with all the tests and found that I had COVID and prescribed the proper COVID meds.

Person who performed vitals was rushed and seemed to be in a bad mood. Other than him, the rest of my care was top notch. Maybe he was just having a bad day - so not a big deal. I was in and out quickly and every concern was addressed. Office staff was outstanding. Received a follow up call this morning regarding my lab results. I would highly recommend Legacy ER for efficiency.

Everyone I saw was very friendly, and I was seen promptly. The people who cared for me were all very nice, friendly and supportive. The person who administered my test was very nice and friendly and I was totally comfortable with her. I barely saw the doctor; he came in for about 5 seconds and then left. I would have liked for him to have spent at least 2 or 3 minutes with me.

They got me back on my feet and feeling much better in 1.5 hour, which is incredibly fast in the ER for dehydration and vomiting. Everyone was super kind and professional.

There was no waiting, was seen as soon as small amount of paperwork was done. Everyone was very nice, friendly and professional. Total time spent from walking in to walking out was less than 30 minutes.

I went in with a pain in the chest area. I asked for a ct scan due to a prior injury. The time was over 2 hours with 2 total people in the waiting area . The dr. Was dismissive stating I didnt need a ct. after results came back, it showed some fluid on heart. They did not run a ekg. Just crappy overall. Cracker jack er.

Terry the tech was very attentive and personable . Dr Dawson was very efficient and staff absolutely wonderful. I will only go here or one other ER when needed . This particular location seems to have it down .

I'm fairly new to Frisco, Texas and this has been the best experience I've had since been here. The staff was friendly knowledgeable when above and beyond when it came to explaining everything to me. They also made Themselves available to me if I had any future questions or concerns. The front desk person was very inviting and friendly. Personally, this is the only urgent care that I will ever visit.

Cost of treatment meant that I was unable to receive even fluids while I was dehydrated and recovering from a stomach bug. I would think I'd be able to receive a simple bolis without having to pay for an Emergency Care visit ($500).
