The nurse practitioner was excellant as well as the rest of staff. I'm so glad I went in as I was headed for trouble otherwise. They make it very easy when yoy are feeling horrible.

My nurse was fabulous and took really good care of me. I made sure that I didn't want any controlled substances and she made sure that I did not have any.
He's a very kind doctor
I had to wait a long time for the results of the x-ray to come back, but the tech was amazing. Very kind.
We did have an issue that my FSA card was charged, but you could not see it on your end so now I'll have to figure out how to take care of that

There was only one block of time where we were concerned about not being checked on. While my daughter was waiting for the area to numb up that was going to be stitched we were told it would be ~20 minutes. 30 minutes passed with nobody coming in to check on her before I peeked out to check with the staff.
The NP was very personable and did a great job placing my daughter's stitches.

They were able to see me efficiently and discharge me efficiently. I was trying to get into a dermatologist at another practice, and it took them 2 days to respond to my voice mail, as I was not able to get to talk to a human.

I have been to the particular facility several times in the past and have received great treatment. It seems that even though the ownership has changed the service still remains very good. Some of the staff have remained and I have grown to trust them through all my visits.
