Any time I have urgent care needs I drive from McKinney to this location. I have always felt confident in the doctors who service this location and have felt well looked after by the nursing staff. Everyone is kind, empathetic and really care about the patients.

There was an urgent care closer to me but I specifically went to this one because of how awesome everyone is. I had to take my boyfriend about a month ago at night and they were amazing then and nothing short of amazing this time. They were all extremely friendly and understanding to my somewhat embarrassing situation I was in. Lovely experience all around.

from sliced finger to ER back to trimming my brisket - 45 minutes. Excellent care, quickly. The entire staff from intake to RN to MD to check out were superb! Thanks for fixing my clear mistake to 'carve toward myself'.

Good visit.. In and out quick with testing for flu, strep and covid. All negative, got steroid shot and after a week I am feeling better. Dr and staff were good communicators, friendly and competent.

Overall we received exceptional service visiting Legacy ER for the very first time. We ended up at your extablishment due to the lack of service with Care Now that we originally stopped at first and no wonder thee were no cars there thats a red flag. So thank you for being right behind it.
