Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Each NP or RN that helped my daughter (who was SO SCARED) was so calming and great with her. Letting her know what to expect and being encouraging each step of her treatment (stitches). 10/10 visit.

Our family always prefers to go to Legacy ER because we get good care, the facilities are clean, not crowded and we are in and out quickly. If you have a question after you leave, all you have to do is call and they get you the answers you need quickly and efficiently. They follow up to see how you’re doing.

This place is THE BEST place to get looked at. You could spend HOURS waiting at BSW, or.... you could wait 5 minutes and get seen by some great people. Unless you are needing some legit emergency care, then go to BSW, but everything else under the sun.. go see Legacy

The doctor quickly identified that I had a serious problem, and took timely and appropriate action to have me admitted to the hospital and scheduled for emergency surgery. He took my complicated medical history into consideration and treated me as an individual, not as a medical condition.

The nurse/medical assistant (not sure) who got my daughter’s vitals and did a swab was soooo good! Very calming, communicative and kind. He is a tall man with reddish colored hair and he put her at ease while she wasn’t feeling well and was scared - being at the Doctor. Big thank you to him!

The best experience, even while sick! The gentleman during the check in, awesome! One checking my vitals, where I learned I had a fever, amazing. PA, just also amazing… the nurse, he was funny and great. Even the check out process, great! I wish all places were like this…I went home and told my wife she needed to go, and she went. Thank you all!

From the front desk to X-ray to the one who gave me a tetanus shot to the doctor who saw me….each one was friendly, efficient and kind. I had just been in a car accident and still was a little “up” on adrenaline. Everyone was calming and helped to ease any concerns I might have had.

From the time I entered Legacy ER, the check in was smooth, the triage was very good and the discussion with the Doctor, nurses and phlebotomist was exceptional. It is hard to find a standalone ER/UV that has a lab and CT onsite. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and very kind. This is what HealthCare needs to be!! Thank you!
