My first visit to Legacy urgent care, found you on the list of Blue Cross providers. Service was very fast and efficient, staff very friendly. I'm sure I'll be back.

Although my visits have not been for fun and enjoyment, but rather I had something wrong and I couldn't figure it out on my own. From the receptionist I always get a warm, cheerful greeting and she starts the process in motion. Second is a medical tech that screens and helps organize my issues. On to my private room with hardly a wait before someone is there asking more detailed questions. Then within minutes I see a medical professional that's read all my information and is ready to confirm and discuss treatments.

They got me back on my feet and feeling much better in 1.5 hour, which is incredibly fast in the ER for dehydration and vomiting. Everyone was super kind and professional.

I'm fairly new to Frisco, Texas and this has been the best experience I've had since been here. The staff was friendly knowledgeable when above and beyond when it came to explaining everything to me. They also made Themselves available to me if I had any future questions or concerns. The front desk person was very inviting and friendly. Personally, this is the only urgent care that I will ever visit.

Waited quite a while with not many patients present. I think they may have actually forgotten we were there. The doctor did an extremely cursory physical exam and was in the room under 1 minute.

Absolutely horrible staff, not only were stitches done with improper local anesthesias but also no pain medication to manage the pain. I had to stop the doctor twice because my wound hadn't been cleaned. The manager over saw the procedure and told me it was agonizing for her to watch me scream in pain. The list can go on for ever for how horrible and barbarically I was treated.
