I didn’t know if I should go to an ER or Care now. I reached out to my trusted friend who highly recommend you. I was completely shocked with your facility. It was a mini ER without the hospital feel. Unfortunately I’m sure I will be back .

Quick and relatively painless (other than a shot in my posterior) visit. The staff was friendly, sympathetic and supportive. The meds prescribed haling with the shot have been a blessing as I feel better than I have in a couple of weeks. Best of all, they saved me from getting much worse.

I came in and was checked in, assessed by doctor, xrays and treatment plan thoroughly explained and called into my pharmacy. Pricing was clear and I was out the door in an hour. Fantastic staff and the bar for which all Urgent Care should aspire to!

Staff are friendly and helpful. Nurse Zach offered hot packs for my back that was hurting. Dr. Gomez made sure to check what needed to be checked. Prescription medication was appropriate for the need. Checking out process was smooth. I felt seen and valued.

Miranda and Skyler were amazing and listened to me even though I felt like I was overreacting about my issue. They communicated throughout the entire visit and gave me my labs super quick and even my radiology came back fast. Highly recommend Frisco west location.

I have used Legacy ER / Urgent care for times not convenient to go to my pcp after hours etc for 15 years. The staff is always extremely professional and kind. Most of the doctors like Dr. Dinkins are very empathetic and willing to listen.

Walked in with major back pain from my fusion 360 surgery and walked out with relief. Not only did the staff give pain relief, they made sure I felt relief and gave another injection to make sure I was not in pain. I was visiting Dallas from out of town and needed help due to a new fracture. Thank you

I called a few days later after the visit to see if the doctor that saw me was available to answer a question. Unfortunately, he wasn't. I asked the receptionist if they knew the next time he would be in so I could ask a question about the visit. She said they couldn't give me that information. I was curious as to why I wouldn't be able to get in contact with the doctor that treated me.

The Dr and her assistant were very professional. However, I wanted the Dr to examine my pelvic area and she did not. She suggest that I see a gynecologist. At least, I expected to be examined which was the reason for my visit. Otherwise, all contacts were excellent. Front desk receptionist.. excellently helpful.
