Jessica, Ingrid, Shaundra were the individuals that assisted me. I arrived feeling terrible and the minute I entered the facility, Ingrid greeted me and immediately started helping me. Jessica showed so much compassion and made me feel so comfortable from the minute I arrived all the way until I was discharged. Shaundra was kind and put me at ease. I am over 40 years old and I have never experienced such care like I did from these three people at this facility.

I choose to drive further to Legacy ER and urgent care, because of the kindness, knowledge and care of every person involved in my care from the front receptionists, to the intake/assessment person, nurse, imaging techs and the doctors.
And the facility is always immaculately clean.
Waiting times are always short.
I have many ER and urgent care locations within a 2 miles of my home and the entire 12 minute drive to get to Legacy ER, but I love and trust Legacy ER and Urgent Care the most.

I went in for a cut on my finger and all the staff that I encountered were very kind, helpful and had a calm energy which made my experience amazing. It was also very fast. From the moment I checked in to being discharged was an hour.

Spouse went out to sit in our vehicle (he gets easily chilled) & staff retrieved him as needed.
I had ZERO concern or complaints about my care!

When feeling so miserable coming in and the feeling of a caring
Staff I Felt I had chosen the right urgent care. By the end of my visit I had been care for by about 5 different staff members and they were all wonderful. Thanks! I’m start to feel much better. Keep up the good work!

I feel comfortable here. Everyone was very nice. The rad tech could be a little more personable vs robotic. Scans are intimate and personal so it's important for that person to have a friendly and outgoing personality that matches the rest of the staff.

Very friendly, efficient staff. The supervision sas handled by a nurse practitioner, not a physian. Significant testing and evaluation were done and each person involved in my care displayed real competence. The level of care I received was superior to much of the care I receive in Maine.I would highly recommend the care of Virginia Mason urgent care

The front desk receptionist was extremely rude. We have been going to legacy er for 20 years and never had the issue. When trying to leave and discharge out person wasn’t there and waited for awhile and when finally came back they was not friendly. Horrible customer service at front desk. Nurses and doctor were great. Need new front staff!
