The doctor and nurse or assistant were fantastic. The checkin area was very confusing and chaotic and the check out lady did not have the information I needed to follow up with an ultrasound but she did call and get the information.

Both Kelsey and I loved Holly! Very informative, she explained things to Kelsey in a way that was easy for her to understand. We both felt very comfortable with Holly, and would highly recommend her!!!

We had an amazing experience during my son [ ]. From the [ ] scheduling to the wonderful Holly Grimes to Dr. [ ], Dr. [ ] and the entire staff we are very greatful for the kindness and care they all provide. Holly is so wonderful, she goes above and beyond. She takes the time to listen and explain everything very well. Dr. [ ] did my son [ ] and his bedside manners are top notch. Also nurse Natalie [ ], she was fantastic keeping in touch with me through my chart. She will answer any concerns within minutes. We are very pleased with her and all she done for us. Thank you to all the Pediatric Urology personnel for taking such good care of my son.

I have always liked Holly; however, this visit far exceeded my expectations. She spoke with my daughter and explained things in a way that made sense to my daughter. I left there knowing we will never see anyone else, anywhere else, for this issue because we finally found who we are meant to be with. I appreciate Holly so much for the time she spent with us and the consideration that she showed for my feelings as well as my daughters.

Doctor Holly is awesome! She listens to my son, explains everything clearly for him and answers all of his questions with pleasure. I would greatly recommend her and Lee Physician Group.

I regret not being matched with Holly back in [ ] when we sought help. Glad to have her now!! She has been the best physician whom I have met since I have been attending Lee Health. She’s insightful and detailed, and educated us on his procedure.

Holly Grimes was amazing! I walked in nervous and my anxiety on another level and Holly was amazing. She understood my concerns, my fears and she made me feel very comfortable about the procedure my son will need. Dr. Carr is a phenomenal doctor. He is very knowledgeable and also has an excellent bedside manner. He always explains things thoroughly and answers all questions with compassion. Lee is very lucky to have such a gifted surgeon and doctor.

I used my [ ] at the visit. Both the dr and nurse practitioner were extremely helpful with another [ ] and [ ]. They were both personable and informative. The intake nurse was kind and informative nurse. Holly was very thorough explaining the condition. The office appeared to work as a cohesive team. Job well done.
