We really appreciated the friendly and thorough care provided by Dr. Onal and his staff. Dr. Onal completely answered all of our questions. We have had this experience each time we have visited his office. Thank you!

As a mom I was very impressed with the care given to my daughter. Dr. Eason and his nurse treated my daughter with genuine concern for her symptoms and made her feel very comfortable. She left the office feeling very like they cared. I couldn't ask for more.

The nursing assistant performing vitals and preparing us for our visit was phenomenal! She put my anxious son at ease. Having visited many pediatric specialtys - she stands out as one of the best! I wish I could recall her name so I could thank her directly!!!

The medical assistant was very friendly and calming as my daughter was nervous about the appt. The doctor was very professional, kind and explained in detail regarding test results and treatments. Very nice experience.

The front office staff did not even acknowledge me as I was standing and waiting to check in. I know they have other responsibilities other than check in, but a simple or quick acknowledgement of me would have been nice. She was on the phone and clearly on hold; not even talking to anyone. I was standing in front of her and she refused to even glance up at me. I finally just went and sat down after a few minutes. Again, I understand they are busy, but a simple “I'll be right with you” would have been the right thing to do. I have no problem waiting would never complain about a long wait time. I have worked in a doctor office for more than a decade. I understand how hectic it can be. I still think that common courtesy should be given though.
