It was my first time meeting Ta-Ya Lee. She helped me nip a poison-ivy problem in the bud before needing to care for young grandchildren. She was excellent, knowledgeable, practical, prompt, and compassionate in answering questions and providing precise care. It will be a pleasure to work with her in the future. She and [staff] are a good team!

Very thorough- very well informed- listened, prescribed medication and very good suggestions other then just medication that have been very useful! The time spent and the explanations and treatment were top notch and well beyond what I might find in an urgent care and the availability of appts was great.

It was an urgent visit when I was sick on vacation (in MD). I was impressed how quickly I could be seen and by how carefully and closely she looked at my health history, medications and even recent bloodwork results as she isn't my usual provider. I didn't know an urgent visit could be done so well via a video apointment. I was grateful! She was excellent and took the time needed to make the apointment most effective and instructions clear and to answer my questions.

She was professional and courteous but almost everything l told her about previous information about how to treat my diabetes wrong. She gave me verbal information aAnd resource guides to help me get back on track and in two days my blood glucose level dropped from 230 to 145. I realize that l need to get my diet and exercise back on track.

She was prompt in setting up the virtual visit, went through my UTI issue quickly, prescribed the anabiotic and sent it to the drugstore without any additional testing required.

The provider listens to my concerns, examined my eye from different angles, was clear in describing her findings and the recommended treatment. She also was very prompt and thorough in following up when I emailed questions after the visit. The treatment was effective and the condition resolved.

Nurse Practitioner Lee was very thorough m. She taught me how to examine myself for her to make a diagnosis. Never did that before so I will use it in the future. She was very thorough and understood my illness unlike the in-person visit the day before. That day was totally a waster of time with no compassion. Lee. Made me feel great and I would recommend her to anyone.
