Dr. Lee addressed everything without me having to ask. Was obvious he had reviewed my chart. Saw him for the first time today.

I was 6 minutes late to my appointment. I checked in and waited more than 40 minutes before being invited back. The nurse took my vitals. She was cheerful and professional. I waited another 15 minutes for Dr. Lee. Our interaction lasted 5 or 6 minutes. After a quick Look in my mouth and a stethoscope check on my back, he commented that the machine printout omitted several items he usually checks. He then asked I what I was doing about my weight. I told him I had been referred to the Healthy Living Center in February. After filling out the paperwork I was called in April and told it would be 5-6 more weeks due to lack of space. A few more questions, then he told me to schedule an appointment for next year and showed me out. When I tried to schedule, the receptionist said to call back in 7 or 8 months, that they didn’t have a schedule beyond June. It was a frustrating experience.
