I am hard of hearing, so having the provider wear a mask makes it difficult to hear.

I have no complaints about the provider or his assistant, but getting someone to answer my phone calls in a timely matter and getting them to return a call was a nightmare.

Good doctor but sometimes with his foreign accent it was hard to understand him. Sometimes I just shook my head and agreed without understanding.

I saw Dr Labaka at 8:15 am he called me back with some test results around 7:45pm that night. I was very impressed that he called me back that late in the day!
