My one complaint is I’m always told my appointment is being scheduled with Dr. Knedel when in fact I’m being scheduled to see his PA. I don’t mind seeing the PA, but feel I should be told that’s who I will be seeing when the appointment is made.

As I’ve said I really like Dr Knedel he is a great physician but dealing with his PA has gotten very frustrating for me

I did not see staff wash/sanitize hands, but that doesn’t mean they didn’t do it before coming in examing room.

I will not be returning to this practice. I am not working. I am still in great pain. I was prescribed additional physical therapy. I need my disability completed. Yet I am told with absolutely zero empathy that my disability extension will not be completed for 10-14 days. Absolutely no concern. Patients need their financial needs to be addressed. The other orthopedic firm I was a patient completed paperwork in 24-48 hours. Unbelievable the lack of empathy shown by staff. Thanks but no thanks.
