Small office with awesome staff. Conveniently located and no waiting time to see the PA or Doctor, both of whom take the time needed.

Easy, friendly check-in, triage. I love their PA, Layla McDaniel, I see her more often than I see Dr. [last name], However I like him as well. Either way I feel I am in excellent hands there. She listens to me and helps me in any way she can. Does not rush you.

Friendly and efficient, considering the multiple offices across greater Jacksonville. Their rheumatologists are much in demand so, use your Patient Portal to navigate all the office options. The system seems to work.

I like the fact that my appointments are always on time. I don't have to wait to be called in to see the doctor. My medicne is always called in. the paper work is accurate and available right away. My medical issues are always discussed. I'm satisfied with my visits. I feel I'm well taken care of.

Everyone is helpful and very friendly. I hate walking in to an office and be treated like a number. The girls at BR are the best, they greet you and get you back fast and very helpful when you check out.
They need to train the group at my primary drs office. Now thats a different story.

Layla McDaniel is professional and organized.
I really appreciate the ability to have a virtual appointment with her when needed. She isn’t pushy or condescending like so many in her field.
I am also happy that Joy is assisting her now. It is much easier to communicate through the portal vs. calling in and being on an endless hold.
