On two different occasions, one last year and then yesterday, she has explained about a pacemaker so that I could understand what is involved., and I appreciate that.

It was my appointment, but my husband was having dizzy spells, and Kristin came and helped us to figure out what was wrong and how to fix it. She’s awesome and we both care a whole lot about how we’re treated and she simply rocks!
