We absolutely love Dr. Verhoef! He's very personable and patient and understanding.
Only thing about this visit that is negative is the fact that we had to wait 2 hours past appointment time to be seen. Was very disappointed as our last visit was very prompt.

Dr. Ver Hoef was very professional and listened. I didn't feel like I was rushed. Everyone we dealt with in the office was very friendly and made you feel good.

Great medical care. Not a 10 because greeting from person at front desk not particularly welcoming, somewhat negative .

UAB Neurology is such a wonderful place. Everyone from the sweet receptionists (I absolutely LOVE Renita...she's so sweet and helpful!!) to my nurse to Dr. Ver Hoef. All sweet and knowledgeable people.

Dr Verhoef was one of the doctors instrumental in getting my health back on track. I was looking forward to my appointment so I could let him know how great I was feeling now. So feeling so much better than the last time he saw me and being able to give him good news made this a great visit.

I'm so thankful & very grateful to Dr. Verhoef for his diagnosis and Medication he recommended! Since the early 2000's I've been able to live a normal life.

Dr. Verhoef is a wonderful doctor. He is making sure that I am comfortable with the strength of the VNS. Also when it was increased, he allowed me to wait for about 15 minutes to get comfortable with the increase. He wanted to make sure it wouldn't be a problem. Also Dr. Verhoef gave me another way to feel positive about a side effect. I want to thank him.
