As always, my visit with Dr.Grill was very good but bittersweet knowing he was leaving.His excellent and caring way of discussing ny medical needs was outstanding. Not having him will be a great loss to your practice.

The provider, Dr Grill is amazing. He has been my doctor for 30 years and Ive never had a bad experience. To let him go from Hackensack Meridian Health is a loss for your company and a let down to your patience.

Dr Grill saved me when diagnosed my appendix problem. He had me immediately get an ultrasound and sent me straight to the ER when you got the report that my appendix needed to be removed. I'll never forget him for that. I'm sorry to see that he is leaving Hackensack.

Yes, I would recommend Dr. Lawrence Grill to anyone. Dr. Lawrence Grill is one of the best doctors I've seen in years. I even referred my mother to him and he's been taking well care of her, very well care of her also. So that's all I wanted to say. Thank you.

Hi, I am definitely a patient of Dr. Grill. I love Dr. Grill. I don't think there's nothing needed to do but keep him as a doctor there. It would make so many people happy than him leaving. That's the only thing that I would say that hurts me as a patient of his, is that he's leaving. Other than that, he's the best doctor around here ever.

I'd like to thank Dr. Grill for his decision to do a EKG and for recognizing my Afib condition and urging me to an ER.

Dr Grill has been with all in family for years. He is through, patient asks a lot of questions and is excellent with his blood tests. I have known people who are living now because recognized cancer they thru the blood tests early. He is a wonderful doctor remembers everything about you, I fully trust him as do my family. Any diagnosis he has been 100 percent right He is a valuable doctor .

I feel like Dr. Grill has a tremendous amount of knowledge in his field. He's a very comforting physician. I have no problem being honest with him about what's going on, and he has no problem being honest with me about how to treat it. I couldn't think of a better doctor to see and have as a primary caregiver.

I would like to say that I am going to miss Dr. Grill, that I am highly disappointed that he will no longer be with Hackensack, disappoints me terribly, and I will do my best not to stay with Hackensack if I cannot see Dr. Grill. Not only that, but he pretty much saved my life, and he doesn't even know it, or maybe he does. He diagnosed me with a very serious condition that went on for a very long time, and I'm still here today because of it. So I'm highly disappointed that Dr. Grill will be leaving Hackensack.

The front office is unwelcoming and unprofessional. There is no warm and welcoming environment. I've had to call numerous times to get a script that was supposed to be sent to me. This has been on every visit since my provider was relocated. The front office comes off as if they cannot be bothered with any patients. I've witness their demeanor with other patients as well as they also complain and there is so remorse or compassion for the office error. Very disappointing. The location of this office is horrible as well. I spend 30 minutes always looking for parking. It is very stressful to come to this office and then have to deal with the unpleasant front desk staff.

I'm very happy with Dr. Grill and I would always recommend him to anyone because I'm really pleased with the service I get from him. But I don't like the constant text I get confirming everything. And I certainly don't like such a long feedback call because I don't have that kind of time. Thank you.

Dr. Lawrence Grill and his office are fantastic, but I absolutely hate, hate, hate needing to call a hack and sack number that is disconnected from the doctor's office. And I had a disaster trying to get the proper prescriptions, the proper dose conveyed to my pharmacy.

The receptionist staff is unprofessional, rude, and spiteful. I had made a back to back physical appointment as with my husband, they asked for a copay, I reminded them I was here for a physical as they messed up on my previous appointment, the receptionist stated I was not on scheduled as a physical, I reminded her that is how the appointment was scheduled. I have been a patient of Dr.Grill's for 30 years, and have never experienced any wait or disrespect from the staff. I'm currently looking for a new physician due to the poor service from this office, and it is NOT the PHYSICIAN!

I would like to register the fact that the facility, which I know is not the doctor's office, facility does not provide adequate parking for its patients. And a lot of us in our age group, since Dr. Grill is a geriatric internist, so whatever, whatever that is, he has a lot of aged patients that need assistance walking. There's not adequate parking. That is my statement.

Right from I walked into the office, the young ladies took care of me. I waited about five minutes. The doctor took care of me. He's the best. That whole office is a 10. It's one of the nicer places to go. The only problem is that it should have had many bagels there and coffee for the customers. That's the only complaint. It's a great office.

Dr. Grill was high marks in all categories, compassionate, a good listener, very thorough, checked my blood pressure several times, and discussed medications with me clearly and thoroughly. And I give him high marks in all categories.

Dr. Grill gives you an opportunity to express your health conserns and he responds with clarity. All the other staff members are efficient and pleasant to be with.
