Abigail was wonderful both on the phone post-op day 6/7? she has great communication skills, and was wonderful in person for my follow-up visit: she took time to listen to me first and my questions, had answers and was very re-assuring if I needed further assistance I felt comfortable that I could call back and get help. Front desk staff were wonderful and very helpful and had me on a cancellation list for surgery and she was able to move me up a whole month!
