She did not have any idea of who I was or anything about me and I assume that any years time at my next follow up she will know even less and I don't know that I will come back

this was expressed in previous comments. The amount I have to pay out of pocket to see a "specialty provider" does not justify the appointment I had. I'm pretty frustrated I will even have a bill based on the experience I had.
