I have never felt like I had a true "care team" until now. I am new to the st louis area and had concerns as to whether or not the care would be at least on par with my last team. I am incredibly impressed with the time, attention, and ease of communication I have.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Lorie was attentive and proactive. I had questions regarding a health concern and she was reassuring scheduled additional testing to support my care. She answered all of my questions and has a cheery, happy presence. I left feeling happy and supported because of her care.

Nothing. The staff was excellent; they were very professional and courteous.

I am so very grateful to Laurie. She could not be more helpful. She really listens and knows just what to suggest to be helpful. I follow her advice to the letter and always leave her office knowing that things will improve . Thank you Laurie !

Laurie Giltner is wonderful. I specifically choose to see her because I feel seen, heard, not rushed and well taken care of during my appointment. I feel very fortunate to have her as part of my healthcare team.

Laurie Giltner is outstanding. She is and does all the things I evaluated in this survey. Even at my age, (83) I, have no chronic serious illness. I credit Laurie for helping me stay.that way. I am very satisfied with the care I receive from Laurie Giltner.

I just love Laurie! She always validates my feelings and listens to my concerns. She is thorough and prompt with responses. She is amazing part of the team. I feel very lucky that she is one of my providers!
