I prefer Lori Giltner to doctor I had a better experience with Lori Giltner.

Laurie was excellent. She listened carefully, was kind, empathetic, professional but very approachable, explained her pharmaceutical recommendations thoroughly, and was patient and not rushed. I also appreciate that she looked me straight in the eye. She is very compassionate and I am appreciative of the service she provided to me.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
My primary MD is on maternity leave so my checkup was scheduled with the NP, Laurie. I had a very good experience with Laurie who took time to really discuss my issues. I would be very comfortable seeing her in combination with my primary MD. A good team in my corner!

I really enjoy speaking with the nurse practitioner. He answered all my questions and concerns and even notice how much I lost weight and congratulating me on it.

It was great! Got in on time so I didn’t wait long in the waiting room and the doctor was very thorough and helpful! Everything went smoothly!

I have never felt like I had a true "care team" until now. I am new to the st louis area and had concerns as to whether or not the care would be at least on par with my last team. I am incredibly impressed with the time, attention, and ease of communication I have.

Lorie was attentive and proactive. I had questions regarding a health concern and she was reassuring scheduled additional testing to support my care. She answered all of my questions and has a cheery, happy presence. I left feeling happy and supported because of her care.

Nothing. The staff was excellent; they were very professional and courteous.

I am so very grateful to Laurie. She could not be more helpful. She really listens and knows just what to suggest to be helpful. I follow her advice to the letter and always leave her office knowing that things will improve . Thank you Laurie !

Laurie Giltner is wonderful. I specifically choose to see her because I feel seen, heard, not rushed and well taken care of during my appointment. I feel very fortunate to have her as part of my healthcare team.

Laurie Giltner is outstanding. She is and does all the things I evaluated in this survey. Even at my age, (83) I, have no chronic serious illness. I credit Laurie for helping me stay.that way. I am very satisfied with the care I receive from Laurie Giltner.
