I had excellent care from Laurie , she is great and everyone on the staff was very easy to get an appt scheduled for that day .

Laurie Giltner NP is the best. She has been extraordinary every time. I just love everything about her. She takes the time to listen to all of my concerns and directs me on what to do or orders the necessary test or medication. She is just the best I have ever had as a NP. I’m thankful I’m able to have her. It is worth my 40 minute drive to see her. She is amazing and personable.

Laurie always does an excellent job of answering all my questions and making sure that I understand her answers. I never feel rushed. She’s always open to my comments. She is the best! Everyone else in the office is always so helpful and so polite and so professional.

Laurie is competent at listening, processing information, pairing it with medical history to make recommendations and referrals. I left feeling supported in that I could call back for more help, as needed.

Every single staff/faculty I spoke or interacted with were very kind and helpful. Dr. Giltner did an outstanding job and I felt very safe with her. She was phenomenal.

The nurse was very kind and compassionate. She made me feel comfortable and that she was not judging me. Laurie Giltner is very kind and compassionate also. I’m always glad when I get to see her. She is warm and friendly and genuinely seems to care. She takes her time with me and I never feel like she is in a rush. I am so glad she is part of the group at Ladue. She really is special.

Laura Giltner was attentive to what I had to say. She checked my feet physically, listened to my heart etc. All in all i felt comfortable when I left feeling she gave me a great exam and she paid attention to the areas I told her about. I am thrilled to have her for my Nurse Practitioner.
