Laurie Giltner,NP, was fantastic - the best NP I have ever been seen by in recent years. She checked those issues that needed to be checked, explained everything she was doing and what I needed to do next. She should be your role model when recruiting more NPs.

The nurse and the doctor were extraordinary. Quick and efficient. I told them I had to rush out. The whole visit was accoomplished in 36 minutes.

Yes, all staff from the receptionist to the NP did an excellent job! They were friendly and helpful. I left feeling as though I was respected and sincerely cared for as a patient. That goes miles to help with any fears or apprehensions any patient might have; when first arriving to their office. By going above and beyond tells me that they should be recognized for their excellence!

I felt that Laurie and her nurse did an exceptional job taking care of me during my appointment. I want to feel like a patient not a number and develop a long term connection. They did that! Both of them were very patient and the whole appointment was not rushed at all. It was comforting and made me feel confident in their care.

There is a lot of chronic illness in my body and Laurie does a very thorough job of going through everything from how I physically feel as well as mentally. Plus all of my meds, my upcoming appointments, my physical therapy and occupational therapy. I’m so grateful.
