Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The nurse that took care of me was so nice and caring. I felt very comfortable from start to finish with her. The nurse practioner , Laurie, was wonderful. She was so nice and really helped me.

Everybody is so attentive and caring. Easy to understand and follow instructions. I feel confident to be in the best of hands. I am so grateful to Laurie Giltner and her entire staff. Thank you.

She’s an excellent, doctor takes her time with her Patient explains every details if not understanding the term of it she’s very good & very caring offer patients health.

It would be amazing to spend the whole time with her. She’s just amazing of what she do, we need more doctors like her.

I have visited Laurie twice in six months. The care she provides is outstanding and she’s great at explaining things and working through to find solutions that are best.

Laurie is amazing with her patient care. On average I only see Laurie once a year for routine care but every time I see her she makes the visit feel very personal. I feel like Laurie takes the time to get to know her patients and remember them. This is a huge positive for me in a healthcare provider. As a patient it makes me feel seen and heard.

Laurie listened well, asked the right questions, and came up with a solid solution. She also asked me to follow up in 2 weeks, which shows me she cares whether or not her treatment plan is helpful.

Laurie Giltner NP is the best. She has been extraordinary every time. I just love everything about her. She takes the time to listen to all of my concerns and directs me on what to do or orders the necessary test or medication. She is just the best I have ever had as a NP. I’m thankful I’m able to have her. It is worth my 40 minute drive to see her. She is amazing and personable.

Laurie always does an excellent job of answering all my questions and making sure that I understand her answers. I never feel rushed. She’s always open to my comments. She is the best! Everyone else in the office is always so helpful and so polite and so professional.

Laurie is competent at listening, processing information, pairing it with medical history to make recommendations and referrals. I left feeling supported in that I could call back for more help, as needed.

Laurie was exceptional in the care provided. She showed great care in my health. Her listening skills with my concerns were wonderful. I was a part of the overall game plan for my care and decisions for upcoming appointments.
