The nurse who took my vitals was friendly and attentive. She has acalming ease about her. NP Giltner is always thorough and addresses me as a person, not just a patient. I do not feel rushed or dismissed during my visits

I waited about one minute in waiting room and I was taken to exam then after the nurse left I waited about three minutes and Laurie Giltner NP came in and I thought that I would be waiting 20 or more to be seen and I shocked that I didn’t have to wait that long

Laurie is so personal! She’s only seen me a couple of times but always seems very familiar with who I am and what she has seen me for in the past. She takes her time and makes sure she has addressed every issue and concern I had! She’s by far the best I e ever had!

Laurie Giltner, NP's care, reading my past history before seeing me, explaining condition and recommending treatment, not being rushed, friendly, personable, but also very efficient and professional. This is the BEST primary care office I have ever experienced and I'm 76.

I always feel the care that Laurie gives always makes me feel heard. I really felt that overall Laurie did an excellent job of explaining what we needed to do as our next steps moving forward. She made sure we have the labs we needed as follow up to put our minds at ease and to show us that the lab work is slowly beginning to move in the right now so that we are continue to expect more improvement. Laurie and a true gem
