I found Dr. Laurent to be compassionate and caring. I am very happy that I found her after being bounced around at Optum for over 3 years. I am grateful for her, especially being so close to my home.

She navigate dealing with father and daughter very well. I’m also happy that the office follows up with phone calls about test results even if there are no concerns.

My primary care physician retired in 2015 and until I met Dr Laurent I thought I'd never find another one as good as he was. Fantastic person, really dedicated to the health of her patients. I'm so happy to have found her.

She always explains things in great detail and is very kind.

She explains every aspect of my care clearly and completely. She is a great listener. When in passing I told her I had a tick bite she immediately order anti-biotics and instructed me to take them.

You can tell Dr Laurent listens and tries to problem solve at every turn- it’s amazing! Also, her manner is calm and cheerful and that’s always nice for a patient.

She is respectful of my unconventional outlook re: medications or treatments. She tells me what treatments are available but leaves respectful space for me to accept or decline. Some doctors are more forceful, which makes me even more stubborn. I feel like she really cares about helping me, which I can't say about all the doctors I deal with. She's competent, professional and respectful.
