The best part was working with Dr. Lauren. The doctor working with her was not as understanding because I did not have a picture of my problem on my phone. Note I'm an older person and live alone so can't take a picture of my back or neck

Yes. The situation re the inability to get an elevator from the parking level to any other floor is ridiculous, anxiety provoking and nonsensical. Staff should be present at those elevators to ensure orderly and fair entry into elevators. People break in front of others to get onto an elevator. This is beyond outrageous. I'm surprised that there haven't been altercations.

I didn’t like that I wasn’t asked if I minded that a male student stayed in while I was being examined ALL over! I know they have to learn but at least ask a patient or give them a heads up that they are staying in while you are undressed.
