You provide excellent care and excellent service. The "team" is very good. Dr Lauren Graham is outstanding. The parking deck however is challenging.

Dr. Graham is very knowledgeable and shows genuine compassion and concern for her patients. Recommend her highly. Some support staff however in the Dermatology clinic could benefit from some soft skills training and dealing with the public in general.

Parking is convenient in a parking deck close to the facility. Elevator for convenience as well as automatic sliding doors. Staff in the building are friendly.

Upon entering the examination room the nurse apologized for the long wait and said they were running behind. I felt my time with the dermatologist was rushed.

The best part was working with Dr. Lauren. The doctor working with her was not as understanding because I did not have a picture of my problem on my phone. Note I'm an older person and live alone so can't take a picture of my back or neck

Yes. The situation re the inability to get an elevator from the parking level to any other floor is ridiculous, anxiety provoking and nonsensical. Staff should be present at those elevators to ensure orderly and fair entry into elevators. People break in front of others to get onto an elevator. This is beyond outrageous. I'm surprised that there haven't been altercations.
