I was seen promptly and Dr. Graham listens and responds. I appreciate sincerity and that is how she comes across. She is knowledgeable about my diagnosis yet is humble to accept information from specialists that may know more. Ironically, I saw another physician on the same day I saw Dr. Graham, and the experience was quite different.

Dr Graham is always pleasant and thorough. She asks questions that touch on issues that I need to discuss but seem to forget as soon as I walk in the office. I have never encountered Dr G when she was not attentative. What a wonderful mentor/teacher for UAB students!

The clinic was clean, efficient, and the resident was excellent. I also felt like the nurse and resident worked really well together when I had to have a biopsy.

I think you need to have new front desk staffs. Current staffs dont greet new patient as professional perspective. A few people was eating and chatting each other instead of paying attention to new patients. They asked me to wait more 30 min just for check in. It was terrible experience i ever had at UAB hospital.
