Yes. The situation re the inability to get an elevator from the parking level to any other floor is ridiculous, anxiety provoking and nonsensical. Staff should be present at those elevators to ensure orderly and fair entry into elevators. People break in front of others to get onto an elevator. This is beyond outrageous. I'm surprised that there haven't been altercations.

I didn’t like that I wasn’t asked if I minded that a male student stayed in while I was being examined ALL over! I know they have to learn but at least ask a patient or give them a heads up that they are staying in while you are undressed.

I actually came to see Dr. Graham for dermatological reasons. She is outstanding! I actually enjoy coming to see her! Your staff is great too. They are very personable and compassionate, but efficient!
