Dr. Trachtenberg is exceptional among the doctors I have known, in the degree of concern she has for my medical health and welfare. She knew my record very well, she was thorough and she explained things to me very clearly so that I understood my diagnosis and treatment. I feel very lucky to have her as my doctor.

The woman at the front desk started my experience, she was extremely friendly and kind!!! loved my experience Dr. Lauren. She seemed like she cared about everything I told her! She took a lot of notes and really listened to what I had to say. The nurse that came in first was also very kind and personable! As I was leaving the lady at the checkout desk was not as friendly and didn't listen to what I had to say and made me feel rushed out of the office. When I was making my follow up appointment, she didn't listen to the date I asked for (per dr Lauren), and when I tried to correct her, she had an attitude.

Dr Trachtenberg makes you feel heard and doesn't rush you. She listened and adjusted my meds accordingly and I feel the difference immediately

My doctor was new but appeared knowledgeable. Nurse [REDACTED] has been my family nurse for a long time with Dr. [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] is patient oriented To the fullest extent.

Dr. Trachtenberg is an exceptional doctor. She listens and she takes her time and she's very compassionate and you can tell that she really truly loves what she does. I'm really appreciative to have a doctor like her.

Not great...got swabbed for strep and covid and then they said the machines weren't working. Never heard back after that. Just not thrilled with the practice anymore.

I've only been to that location twice so far. Each time everybody was really nice and it was a pleasant experience.

The doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable. She did a very comprehensive exam on my first visit and we discussed various ideas for my treatment at the second meeting after I had undergone her recommended blood testing and mammogram. She listened very carefully and I felt that she had taken care to ensure that my health plan was complete and comprehensive.

This doctor was amazing. The nurse was awesome too. I felt heard. I felt supported and not criticized and my weight wasn't brought up at all as a concern tied to any of my other health issues which was very refreshing. I felt so supported as a woman.

From the front office to the medical assistant to Dr. Trachtenberg to the desk, the checkout, everybody was absolutely phenomenal. Everybody went above and beyond. Everyone took their time. They were patient. Dr. Trachtenberg absolutely listened and also gave feedback and she was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone of my family or friends.

Dr was young but very knowledgeable in all aspects. My previous dr was old and he was experienced but not as knowledgeable as I saw in this in Lauren Trachtenberg. She went through thoroughly with my medical history and gave me very good advice with my health and diet. I look forward seeing her again

The entire staff was courteous. Since my primary doctor was unavailable, I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Trachtenberg. She made me feel comfortable. She listened and explained things.

Top notch experience. Very personalized experience. Jessica was very personable and made you at ease. Dr. Trachtenberg was incredibly thorough and did not make you feel rushed. Phyllis was great administering my tetanus. This was my first visit, and I was thoroughly impressed.

This was a new practitioner for me. My primary had no appts. We were able to discuss relevant health issues together. The diagnosis was correct and the medication has cleared the problem.

The office staff made sure I got a timely appointment to check a wound that ended me at Urgent Care. It was my first time meeting Dr Trachtenberg and she was professional and caring. Taking time to minimize any additional trauma or pain.

Dr Trachtenberg was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind and considerate. I needed an FMLA for my job and she was very helpful in getting that paperwork done for me the very day that I got it to her. I am very glad that she is now part of my care team!
