Our family chooses not to vaccinate. It’s very hard to find a provider that isn’t rude to us when we broach this subject. Lauren gave us the appropriate information but respects our decision. We appreciate that very much!

All staff was extremely welcoming, kind, and helpful! Dr. Lauren is amazing! She really listened to what I had to say and offered advice and solutions. She did not rush me through the appt. And it did take awhile. All her suggestions that I have followed already were spot on! I am so glad to be a new patient at this facility! Oh, and I loved getting labs done right in the office!

We love David but we also adore Lauren she calls with results she calls to check on us she knows us by name not a # she listens and does the test or the research to figure out what the problem is , she is amazing and appreciated by our family !!!!

The young lady at the front desk deserves to be recognized. From the moment I walked in she was empathetic and accommodating. I wish I had gotten her name but its the younger one of the 2 ladies up there. I truly appreciate her!

I needed another antibiotic to tooth the first one making me ill and the staff got right on it and fix me up the next day I was very please with the entire staff they are all so friendly and polite

The reception is friendly your appointment is always on time! A great experience the nurse goes over your medication ask the right question! At my age my wife is better answer then me! The Dr said we can just medicate and drain which be faster what we did I appreciate getting me in yesterday to take care of the sore!

I had a great experience with my PA. I typically see David but was able to get in sooner. She took the time, heard me, and I even got a call over the weekend so I could start antibiotics earlier! This is another reason I drive over an hour!

I’m thankful to everyone that works at the Cicero location. I always receive really good help when it comes to check in / check out to the nurse practitioners assisting onto the doctors visits. I’m so thankful for the Riverview Cicero team that huddled together everyday to serve their patients inward to wellness!

I was having sore throat and coughing and called to get an appointment. They got me in that morning! Everyone in the office is very pleasant and caring!
