There is a problem when you call in. Way too long to wait to talk to someone. Also,there has been a change on my chart. Not sure how to start a conversation with a provider. All conversations now have to refer to an appt. Frustrating

What I would like to say about my experience at this doctor visit. I was a little late because this was my first time being in the building and I didn't know where I was going. I called and told the person who answered the phone that I was lost and wandering around because I didn't no where the office was. Even though I was more then 20 minutes late. I really appreciated that I was seen away. I thought that was special. Most doctor office would not see the individual. In which, I understand that they have a schedule that they have to keep. It made me feel like she really care about her patients. So, yes, I would surely, tell others about my experience here. I'm not promoting being late, but Doctor Parkes seems to have a caring heart about her patients.

I really appreciate the answering service staff. I appreciate the callbacks. I appreciate the follow-ups. We have technical difficulties, however, when it comes to virtual, but I don't think that it's, I don't think it's her fault. Nonetheless, I appreciate it, especially because my mom was the first female doctor in Community Medical Center. And so seeing how healthcare is now a system rather than healthcare, I really appreciate the blessing of having Jackson Family Medicine as my primary care physician. Thank you.
