1 hour wait time was very frustrating. Was asked to be there 20 minutes early. I got there 30 minutes early unsure of traffic. wait 1 1/2 hours before seeing the physician. Appointment was at 10:30. I left work at 9 to pick up my child. Got to UAB at 10. Did not see doctor until almost 11:30. I work too, my time is also very valuable.

My husband and I were there for our annual skin check. I waited in the examine room fo4 1-1/2 hours for the doctor to come in. I asked if she forgot I was there—— she said July is a busy month because they have residents in training.

Didn't get a thorough examination as I had hoped for.
Was told rash on ear lobes was gone when in fact, it wasn't.
Asked dermatologist to freeze some spots that I had to point out.
Dermatologist then sparsely sprayed them.
Asked about an injection for continuous itching and breaking out which was quickly dismissed with a 'NO'. I left in tears...

Incredibly efficient. I had an 8:45 appointment. I arrived at 8:20, checked in, and within five minutes I was in the exam room with the attending nurse. Five minutes later a Resident examined me and five minutes after that Dr. Kole saw me. I departed by 8:50!
