Both my resident physician Dr. [ ] and attending Dr. Kole were polite, professional, and courteous. I couldn't have asked for better care, particularly noting my sense of vulnerability as a patient discussing a sensitive topic. As a [occupation] myself I can appreciate their clearly intentional cultivation of excellent bedside manner and ability to reassure their patient; 10/10.

My doctor and nurses were excellent. I have been struggling with [PHI] disease for years. We have tried just about everything. But, now the meds they prescribed is working great.

1 hour wait time was very frustrating. Was asked to be there 20 minutes early. I got there 30 minutes early unsure of traffic. wait 1 1/2 hours before seeing the physician. Appointment was at 10:30. I left work at 9 to pick up my child. Got to UAB at 10. Did not see doctor until almost 11:30. I work too, my time is also very valuable.

My husband and I were there for our annual skin check. I waited in the examine room fo4 1-1/2 hours for the doctor to come in. I asked if she forgot I was there—— she said July is a busy month because they have residents in training.

Didn't get a thorough examination as I had hoped for.
Was told rash on ear lobes was gone when in fact, it wasn't.
Asked dermatologist to freeze some spots that I had to point out.
Dermatologist then sparsely sprayed them.
Asked about an injection for continuous itching and breaking out which was quickly dismissed with a 'NO'. I left in tears...
