I just love the whole office there. Been going 2 years now and I haven't meet a single person that wasn't polite, helpful etc. wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

During my visit I met Lauren, NP. She talked to me as if I don't know my body. People come to the pain clinic because they were referred their by their MDs who were unable to help them. She attempted to tell me what was "naive" to my body. She should definetly use another word. She tried to usher me out of the room while I was still talking with Dr [ ], who started an email with another MD before listening to what I was attempting to tell her. Please do away with the need to make another appt before being deemed capable of returning to work.

The injection effect lasted only 3 days. But I thought the service rendered on the day of injection was on time, explained well by all medical personnel involved. Medical personnel that interacted with me on the follow-up on [date] were concerned, professional and demonstrated that they cared, nurse, CRNP and medical doctor.
