Dr. Dowling is outstanding. He explains in words and phrases I understand and does not make me feel like he rushes in and then back out. He allows the patient to ask questions and makes sure you understand. Thank you Dr. Dowling!

Dr. Dowling was very good and engaging. It was the phone service. I was asked to call the office back with information on a recent Echo I had and got the same monotonous long, ongoing message. I finally hung up and will not call back.
