The entire office has always been very helpful and has processed me thru the system timely . Dr. James Dowling has always cared about his patients and explained things and answered any questions I had. I worked in Healthcare previously and this means a lot to patients .

Dr. Dowling was very good and engaging. It was the phone service. I was asked to call the office back with information on a recent Echo I had and got the same monotonous long, ongoing message. I finally hung up and will not call back.

We were extremely pleased with Dr Dowling and the staff in the Monroe office. The difficulty of reaching anyone for a follow up concern is unfortunate. I truly believe that being left on hold for 10 minutes and then having to wait until a message is sent to the doctor is excessive. Then the message wasn’t relayed correctly, or we totally misunderstood his direction for the water pill.
