Mrs. Brennan was very nice. It was my 1st appointment with her. She was very helpful in looking for solutions for my health concern.

My appointment was at 8:25am. I arrived at 8:15am and checked in promptly but wasn't brought back to the exam room till around 8:45am. The. The provider didn't come in till 9:15am and no one provided me an update during that time.

She didn't understand why the surgeon didn't go over details with me. So my provider did as she was getting caught up while I was there. I gave her my list of supplements because no one else wanted them. She Googled one of those and said it was good that I was taking it.

This was my very first visit to the facility and my very first visit with the provider. Lauren was very nice, explained everything to me and provided multiple options to make me feel comfortable as well as informed.

Lauren Brennan was extremely helpful and thorough in bringing clarity to a confusing situation created by a frequent change in physicians. She quickly assessed the situation and took corrective action keeping me fully informed as to what needed to happen next. She provided complete verbal and written instructions and ensured I understood them. I was very happy with her professionalism and knowledge as well as her effective approach.
