My experience with my nurse practitioner has been exceptional. She truly listens and cares about both my physical and mental health. She always takes time to ask about my family, which shows how much she values me as a whole person, not just a patient. Even when the news isn't great, I leave feeling supported, encouraged, and motivated to keep working toward a healthier me. I'm so grateful to be in her care.

First and foremost she was professional. However, many doctors, nurses, teachers are professional. Lauren went far and above that. She was kind, concerned, welcoming and answered all our questions. She understood my problem and then made sure I was aware of future appointments. She also checked my medications and gave a refill on one that needed refilling. Over all she gets an A+!
