Dr. Wozniak is very knowledgeable and very compassionate. She fully understood my medical conditions, and went above and beyond to help me. I made sure to make my monthly appointments with her, related to needing the continuity of care that she provides.

Dr. Wozniak made me feel like I was welcome as soon as she walked into the room for my appointment. She went over everything we needed to in detail and then talked to me about how I was doing generally, which made me feel like she really cared about me. I will definitely keep following her for my care.

Great customer service my only issue on myself is how to handle my freaking memory issues I'm having and it's really really really bothering so much

I felt Dr Wozniak was extremely respectful of my own autonomy and knowledge of what it is like the live within my own skin. That was very much appreciated. She also provided information about lifestyle and wellness that was very complete and competent, but not judgemental. For example, I felt that my positive work towards controlling my weight was heard, and encouraged, and helpful advice was given to aid this work, instead of feeling like a failure because I'm not skinnier. So left with the feeling of what I am doing right, and what else to work on. Overall, very positive experience.

I would like to say is Dr.Wozniak is very respectful. She is very kind. She explains in a way you could understand. My mother and wife were there since I have trouble understanding. The doctor has given me alot of peace of mind.

She made sure she understand things, and made sure my son understood and okay with everything and included him. She went and got information and it was not enough and she would additional and to remind her at next appointment.She thought it was not enough but I was fine with the informaton that she had and was actually impressed.
