Laura's lack of concern for my questions was obvious. She seemed irritated that I as a patient was asking questions about my own well being. If I as a patient is aware of the outdated practice for detecting kidney functions, why does she not know that? It concerns me that she is responsible for patient care and safety. I felt anything but cared for or safe after my visit with her.

After having an infected ingrown toenail in October I developed toenail fungus. I was concerned that if the condition progressed that I may need surgery. Laura put my fears to rest as this condition is common for a person my age.
