Dr Stroup is among my most favorite people on Earth. She takes such excellent care of me, puts up with my unique personality and I tell you that is not an easy thing! I genuinely love her like she's my smarter lil sis that has the authority to put me in a 3 day time out if I don't behave!! But seriously, don't you ever let her go! I would be remiss if I also did not praise other members of your staff that all treat me with kindness and respect. Thank you!

It confused me because the doctor said she would change and come back I thought she was going to give me the vaccines.But the nurse gave me the vaccine. Most of the service was good.

Dr. Stroup and Shane (her Medical Assistant) were absolutely WONDERFUL!!! I have been telling everyone I know about my visit and both of them. Also the lady checking people in was super friendly and helpful. I am so impressed and happy (so far) I switched to Renown!

The male nurse was very, very good. She listened to me and took notes. And then when the doctor came in, she was aware of what my problems were, and she listened to me closely. And that's what I needed. She understood what my problems were. Thank you.

I think that if you guys are going to change your policy about what time you want your patients to be there, that you should put on the appointment card what time you want them to be there and not the appointment time. I showed up five minutes early for my appointment and because I wasn't 15 minutes early for my appointment, they turned me away and I didn't know about this new policy. So I had to drive two hours and reschedule my appointment with my doctor when I was sick. I'm very happy with the doctor.

Dr. STROUP IS AN ABSOLUTE ROCKSTAR! I love her so much. She helped me not only lose over 100 pounds in less than a year so I could have hip replacement that will now change my life but she was extremely encouraging and sat in that room with me while I cried and listened to me and never judged me or my situation. She is forever my angel. ❤️

Dr Stroup is exceptionally nice. She takes the time to explain my medical issues and the treatment and prescriptions she has issued. I feel very confident in her abilities. Her medical assistant, Shayne Beauford has been equally helpful and nice. I have always felt I will receive the best treatment available from the Doctors and staff at the Robb Drive facility.
