The care that I’ve received has been exceptional as a whole. I’ve been dealing with so much pain for a while now, and finding someone that’s finding something that’ll work is the most important to me. And them. I hope we’re able to get this pain under control so I can have a better life.

I found the office ran smoothly from the moment I stepped into the office. I waited a reasonable amount of time. Everyone was friendly and polite. At the same time, everyone was efficient and thorough. This was my first appointment. It gave me confidence that I made the right choice for a physician as well as the right choice for a clinic. I'm glad I chose Hometown Health as my health insurance.

The receptionist welcomed me and helped me immediately. Wow! The doctor and nurse were friendly and professional. I was a lifelong [ ] and was nervous about having to change providers. After this very first interaction with the doctor and staff of this office I feel I am in good hands.

The receptionist- Joann was very friendly- Emma the assistant was very welcoming- and Dr. Stroop is GREAT! I feel lucky to have her as my primary doctor.

The whole process was great, from prompt and courteous check in, to med tech taking my vitals, to the doctor having reviewed my chart and understanding my issue.

I switched over to Dr. Stroup as my primary care doctor after 10 years with my prior doctor, and it was night and day. She made me feel comfortable, heard, and respected. She also was very transparent and informative on my health concerns. Since my initial visit with her and my great experience, I have set my mom and dad both up to start receiving care from her as their primary care doctor as well.
