I am still angry that my doctor (Helen [ ]) was stripped from the network. But I do like and have confidence in Dr. Stroup, the new doctor.

I enjoyed talking with Dr. Stroup, for the first time she was very pleasant, polite and appeared to be concerned about my health care. She listened wanted to know what I wanted from her as my PCP. Since this is my first ever female PCP I believe we will get along very well. I also, enjoyed meeting her assistant Rosie who was a pleasure meeting.

I very much like the facility on Robb Drive. There is very little wait time and my physician never seems to be rushing me.

This doctor is not my usual doctor (she’s gone right now). I was impressed that this doctor had clearly reviewed my records as she knew my medical history / health conditions and could to relate that to the reason I came in…that’s encouraging.

Dr Stroup was great. She listened to my concerns. She ordered tests that no other providers had offered to me. I would recommend her to others.

Dr Stroup makes a primary care visit a fantastic experience…..She is very thorough with her questions and responses…..She takes the perfect amount of time to listen to all of my concerns and makes great suggestions on how to proceed…..Makes referrals and ordering prescriptions and any necessary tests a snap…..I feel very fortunate to have her as my Primary Care Physician …She gets an , ...A plus grade , in my book

Dr. Stroup is wonderful. She listens and spends time and I am able to discuss all my problems with her. She is definitely a 10 !!

Fabulous provider. Too bad I will be unable to continue seeing her. Your new merger and rules have thrown me out. What a shame. Renown obviously is not into patient care. I’m glad my provider is.

My PCP was not available so I had an appointment with Dr. Stroup. She seemed well-versed on my history and asked lots of pertinent questions.

Dr. Stroup and assistant were awesome as usual. She is the best primary care doctor I have ever had. We have been through a journey with my health issues and she has addressed everything and guided me through the process. With a very competent team of specialized surgeons, radiationologist, wound care and home health. I am grateful.

Alisa and Dr. Stroup are extremely fantastic. I was treated with the utmost courtesy, the utmost clairvoyance. She's a really good bedside-mannered physician with experience and common sense, treats people decent and with courtesy. Both her and the staff, I couldn't, words can't say enough. They were wonderful to me and I appreciate them. They were clairvoyant. They communicated well. It was a meaningful experience. I felt like I got the benefit of my time and to better help myself with my health. Yes, I'm thankful for them.

Dr. Stroup is excellent, one of the best doctors I've had. She listens, she's got good data and good advice. She takes the time, but not too much time, and I think she's an excellent doctor.
