The male nurse was very, very good. She listened to me and took notes. And then when the doctor came in, she was aware of what my problems were, and she listened to me closely. And that's what I needed. She understood what my problems were. Thank you.

Dr. Stroup was excellent. I was a new patient and she went over all of my existing conditions and history and made a plan for their treatment. I could not have received better treatment.

I think that if you guys are going to change your policy about what time you want your patients to be there, that you should put on the appointment card what time you want them to be there and not the appointment time. I showed up five minutes early for my appointment and because I wasn't 15 minutes early for my appointment, they turned me away and I didn't know about this new policy. So I had to drive two hours and reschedule my appointment with my doctor when I was sick. I'm very happy with the doctor.

Dr. STROUP IS AN ABSOLUTE ROCKSTAR! I love her so much. She helped me not only lose over 100 pounds in less than a year so I could have hip replacement that will now change my life but she was extremely encouraging and sat in that room with me while I cried and listened to me and never judged me or my situation. She is forever my angel. ❤️

Dr Stroup is exceptionally nice. She takes the time to explain my medical issues and the treatment and prescriptions she has issued. I feel very confident in her abilities. Her medical assistant, Shayne Beauford has been equally helpful and nice. I have always felt I will receive the best treatment available from the Doctors and staff at the Robb Drive facility.

Everybody at the Rob Drive facility was really nice, very helpful, super friendly. Laura Stroup was very knowledgeable, very kind, very patient, very understanding, as was her assistant. I can't remember his name. But yes, everybody did really good. I am very happy with the service they provided there and the results that they also provided. Thanks.

I am relatively new to Dr Stroup but I am very happy with the care I am receiving from her. She listens and then responds. I do not feel rushed at all. If I write her a message via My Chart, I get a response usually within 24 hours. Count me happy.

My MD. Dr L Stroup is very kind and understanding if my problems. She gave me confidence to face problems that scare me and make this 84 year old worry. Dr. Stroop, who has been my provider for a year and a half now, is one of the most professional and detailed and helpful physicians I have ever had. And I would not recommend her less than a 10. I'd rather say 11. Thank you very much.

I have a phobia of needles and I had to get three vaccines this time, The nurse I had I don't remember his name but he was amazing and he did a great job. I really appreciate the amount of care that he gave me when I was going through what could have been a very traumatic event for me and making it not enjoyable but bearable. I really appreciate it. Thank you!
