I couldn't answer the question Did the care providers give you enough information about your health and treatment? with yes definitely because my diagnosis is underway, waiting for other specialist input.

Dr Stroup is phenomenal. She takes the time to listen and make sure I have everything I needed. She truly cares about us as patients and I am so thankful to have her as our doctor.

Am new to Reno so this visit was to establish with Dr. Stroup. I had My Chart from my previous provider, so she was able to see my medical history for the most part. Dr. Stroup was thorough, professional and listened to everything I said. I have a comfortable feeling around her. Am very happy with the level of care!

I met with Dr. Stroup to establish a new doctor, as my previous primary care physician stopped accepting my UMR insurance. I was with him for a very long time. I was apprehensive about establishing a new doctor, but my visit turned out to be amazing! From the intake personnel, to the assistant, and finally…DR. STROUP!!!!! She is the most outstanding Dr. I’ve ever experienced! I was so impressed and left the office feeling so happy that she’s going to be my Dr., as well as my two children’s Thank you so much!!!!!!

Dr. Stroup was great. Between the receptionist, the nurse and Dr. Stroup, they were on time and very efficient. I got my check up, got all of my questions answered and got caught up on my vaccine and was still out of the office in 45 minutes. Always enjoy the Robb Office. Thanks!

Arrived early, was efficiently inprocessed, called in for appointment either early or in time. All providers projected caring attitudes. Dr Stroup clearly had reviewed my records since my last visit with her.
