I did not feel I was talking to a doctor. His shirt said m.d. but I felt he acted more like an aide. I was embarrassed and left feeling sorry that I had used that facility.

Your AI and answering services is absolutely horrific. You need to revamp it. It's the biggest pain in the neck for people to call in and get directed to the proper people. You need to either pay for somebody to do that or totally revamp the AI system. It's poor, it's horrible, and it reflects poorly on you as a healthcare system.

Pain management here is by far superior in care, quality and treatment especially when compared to other pain management offices/companies in the Delaware Valley. Dr [REDACTED] is great but his NP is even better. 10/10 recommendation.

The Physician Ms. Laura was attentive and an active listener. She asked whether or not I had any questions during the visit. The facility was neat, clean and inviting. All personnel members were professional at all times and courteous.

Virtua (the company) gives me the impression that they collectively want to determine what is good for a patient rather than letting the individual doctor practice medicine. I was scheduled for a second procedure when it was canceled because Virtua established a protocol that pushed it back by 6 months. Now my condition is worse. I have been a confident patient of Virtua for years. I now feel the organization (not the doctor) does not care about my health.
