Dr. Downing was always quick to respond and I felt like she gave me credit for being an active part of my own healthcare. She listened and answered all of my questions. Everyone in the office at her practice in Chelsea is kind and professional, too.

Dr. Downing did not listen to me. She never asked if I had any questions or concerns and just left.

Dr. Downing, is an exceptional provider. She’s a clear communicator, and a caring provider. she is always on schedule, and yet never seems rushed and always listens well! Trust her 100% and have recommended her to many people, including my colleagues in the healthcare field.
