She was fast in understanding the issue and checking my complaint, and explaining what needed to be done and getting a prescription out as well as providing a source for next step treatment should the prescription not fully resolve the problem over the next couple of weeks. She was attentive, responsive, enjoyable to talk with, and very kind and professional.
