The front desk workers and the PCT are amazing! I felt very cared for by them. The Doctor was just ok. I called the front desk after sitting in my room for 30 minutes to see what was going on, as it was an unusually long time to go without seeing anyone, and the lady was helpful and told me she would see what was going on. In total, I ended up waiting for an hour to see the doctor, and when I mentioned feeling like I was forgotten, she didn't seem sincere in apologizing. She told me someone before me had to wait an hour and forty minutes, which made me feel like my concern wasn't valid since another patient seemingly had it worse. Aside from that, the appointment was fine. I just don't understand how I was there for nearly two hours, when my other visits with Nurse [ ] (who is an amazing provider) have taken half as long. I didn't feel as cared for in this visit compared to my visits with Nurse [ ].
