Dr. Johnson was outstanding in the time spent w me and the details of my treatment. I felt the PA, Laura, was thorough and very helpful, but could have been a little warmer. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Dr. Regis Haid Jr. has always shown compassion and concern while maintaining professionalism. His way of explaining details of your care is beyond the raised bar of most other Doctors. His PA, Laura Prado has always exhibited the same qualities. They make a great team. Dr. Gary R. Gropper has also been a great example of a Dr. that listens to patients and shows concern for their care.

My NP was Topped Notched. I discussed with her about other problems that I was having with my back, she addressed those as well. plenty X rays to cover my spine. EXCELLENT CARE, I Love Dr. Haid, and all of his Staff!

I knew Laura from when Dr. Haid operated on me twice in yrs past. She is very caring & always listened to what I had to say to best help me. I am so glad she was able to see me about my new concerns & help me figure out what to do next.

My experience with Laura was excellent ...she saw me almost immediately after I arrived. I felt that she listened to my concerns and expedited a plan of action that I felt comfortable with. She is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable .

Dr. Haid and his nurse practitioner (Laura) have consistently demonstrated a strong patient focus, excellent follow up, patience and concern in addition to a high level of technical competence and skill. That is much more important to me than the level of concern exhibited by other medical staff.

Laura was wonderful. I needed my medical issue addressed before I left to go out of town. I was very concerned and she did her best to expedite tests so she could provide information to me before I left. She called me back within 24 hours to go over my xrays. She definitely eased my mind before I departed for my trip. She was professional, thorough and spent time addressing each of my concerns.

I don't feel like anything was really decided or directed towards a plan. I was basically told I have to wait. the amount of time to get to the doctor was unknown and I still do not have an apmnt with him. very concerning.
