The building is not easily accessible to wheelchairs and walkers. Seems not to be compliant with ADA regulations and rules.

I love Laura Pino as my PCP. She knows my complete medical history and takes her time with my current medical issues every time. She is AMAZING!!

Yeah, the staff there is amazing. I love my doctor, Laura Pino. She's excellent. Her staff is excellent. They always treat me well and they're very engaging. Even the people at the front desk and the checkout, they're all nice people. I've never had a problem going there. They treat me well. And I appreciate every single one of them that work there. They're always pleasant. And I thank them for all that they have done for me.

Laura Pino has been treating my family and I for several years. The care she provides is always top notch. She is an excellent doctor who truly cares about her patients and wants the best for them.

Laura is incredible! She listened to my situation and concerns and I feel like she was the first person to take my symptoms seriously. After weeks of symptoms, I finally am getting some relief after my appointment. I have already recommended her to family and friends.

Everyone is very friendly and considerate ! The MA boards in exam rooms offer information and are a nice touch ! I can't say enough about Laura Pino as my Primary. She is so , knowledgeable, informative, instills trust and suggests options ! She understands that I want to die "living" !!! I am so fortunate to have her in charge of my " winter of my life " healthcare !

Laura Pino is a superb nurse practioner. I've gone to her for many years. She is a wonderful listener and does not rush through appointments. She asks excellent questions and provide excellent guidance and advice. I can trust her with my health problems and can rely on her to provide me excellent care.

Laura Pino was amazing! This is only my second appointment with her (my first in person) and she remembered everything we had talked about a few months ago and circled back on what she needed to. She explained everything to me and involved me in the choices we made together. She explained the next steps moving forward as well. I was extremely comfortable sharing anything with her and was not met with judgment. I have already recommended her to a few friends/ family members!

I wish the scheduling times were more convenient. Maybe a 4pm session instead? I missed 20 minutes of work because they couldn't get me out of the building on time. It took 30 minutes to wait for my primary doctor to show up, even when I arrived on time. That is way too long.
