The only issue that I had with this visit was the amount of time that I had to wait to see the doctor. I was brought back to the exam room in a timely manner, but it was close to 30 minutes between the time I saw the nurse and when the doctor came into the room.

I am especially impressed with this office staff's ability to not only stay on schedule but occasionally be ahead of schedule. It is understandable that an occasional emergency could delay the schedule. Being able to pick up the pace and regain control of the day without patients feeling shorted of their allotted time is an art. I worked 18 years as a Mohs tech in Florida so I am well aware of a dermatology schedule and its importance in maintaining a smooth office flow. Kudos to this staff for making it work.
