She wanted to remove items from my face and arms without any warning. My appointment had been changed by the Dermatology office and I had previous plans as well as an emerging situation requiring me to travel to Minnesota. I said I would call the office and schedule it, but she still seemed angry and wrote in her notes about discussions we did not have.

Laura is extremely professional and thorough. She takes the time to explain what she’s doing and what needs to be done moving forward. When a clerical error didn’t show an appointment, she and the secretary at the front desk went out of their way to fit me into a busy schedule.
