Laura is extremely professional and thorough. She takes the time to explain what she’s doing and what needs to be done moving forward. When a clerical error didn’t show an appointment, she and the secretary at the front desk went out of their way to fit me into a busy schedule. I really appreciate their efforts to go above and beyond. Thank you!
