Both the PA and provider were highly competent, thorough and efficient. I was very impressed by the visit notes that I accessed online afterwards, they were individualized, accurate and unlike in so many other practices, not simply boilerplate. It is so important to have a clear record of what went on during the appointment, and I really appreciated that.

Chelsea PA & Dr Moore were so attentive and detailed. I feel very safe in their care. The front office team is amazing, when they heard what injury I had when I signed up for an appointment online they moved me up for an immediate appointment with Dr Moore.

Wonderful staff from the desk to the doctors. The doctors were through and attentive. Listening to me and considering my options and needs. The doctors were interested in my opinion and weren’t pushing a preconceived narrative which I appreciated and needed from my previous experience.

Chelsea and Dr. Moore were excellent, listened very well, responded on point, in a way that recognized the context of my question, and in a way I could understand. (I think the same of the lady who took my vitals but I don't remember her name.) Thank you.

My Surgical Team & Staff made a very difficult operative procedure more bearable by their warm empathy, showing they really cared about me as a person, not just another "case" or patient . Really took the time to listen to my concerns , & for that alone I will always hold them w/my utmost respect & consideration. :-)

Excellent. My original doctor at NYU did not listen and gave me dubious advice about surgery which did not make sense to me. Very happy switching my care toner. Moore, who listened, had a thoughtful explanation, and a totally different recommendation (not surgery) than the other doctor.

I trust her. She has been patient and kind and helped me. She is a great doctor. Very experienced and extremely well versed in her field. If I decide to have surgery I trust her to do it. She has helped me to decrease my pain. I highly recommend Laura Moore.
