Laura was incredibly patient and compassionate while delivery hard truths to my 98 year old mom who DID NOT want to hear them (and actually, she has forgotten the discussion now). It helped me to hear Laura's reasoning as she was talking with Mom, and I was also impressed with the amount of time that we were taking out of Laura's day. She continued to try to explain the need for change to mom for quite a while.

I showed up on the wrong day for my annuel physical,. she squeezed me in . The schedule was full that day. Her timley diagnosis of MG saved my life.

NP McMillen is a hands on Dr. She is the not afraid to put her hands on you for assistance due to a disability or hospitalization scares. She is a show me person that wants to make sure that your healing is coming along well. She explains to me the reason why I feel in such a way and sure enough once I understand what is going on then I can deal with the information received by NP McMillen a lot better and understand what is going on with my recovery.
