I liked the system used to manage the wait time. There was a 2 hour wait when I checked in but the system allowed me to leave and return without a long wait in the waiting room.

Yes, once in the office the wait to see the doctor was only a few minutes. When you don't feel well this is important.

She was incredible, very kind and knowledgeable. Tested me and gave me some prescriptions to help. She also gave great advice on when I could see my elderly father safely. The whole office was fantastic. Treat Laura well, she's a keeper.

When the pharmacy required that I contact the medication manufacture to sign up for Medicare discount, Dr. Laura took up on her to register me online and make sure that I got my medication that I needed for [ ] the same day that I was diagnosed with [ ]

Unfortunately I don't know the name of the gal at the front counter but she was also exceptional. I showed up at the wrong location and she was extremely understanding and helpful. The gal that put me in the exam room was very compassionate.

I just want to spend a couple of minutes to think the whole office for the experience I had last night. I came in extremely late, only 10 minutes before they closed, and everybody was super nice and gentle, and they were all able to help me with my cut. I hated to be the person that walks in 10 minutes before close, but I honestly had no other option. I kept apologizing, but they were all absolutely wonderful and really took care of me last night. I cannot express how thankful hours for them. Thank you again very very much and merry Christmas
