Really liked Laura Ann. She spent time with us explaining things so we could understand and liked how she showed us where the break was. Very impressed with her.

My experience was BUT the fact that I cannot pick a provider and remain with that provider is not good I idea rotating the providers so the patient cannot experience continuity of care is very poor
