It would be nice to know that my video call was delayed, and for how long. Especially since I was to be on the video call 15 minutes prior. The provider did apologize for being late, which I expected being a later appointment. But there was no communication that she was running behind.

Latoya was very pleasant and always speaks to me in a very calming tone. She listens to me and makes me feel like my concerns are valid. She gives me her suggestions, but doesn't try to push me into something I don't want and I appreciate that from her.
