N.P. didn't explain anything or offer any helpful advice. It seemed all she did was take notes but didn't offer any insight or advice. Don't feel confident that I will receive good care there. Last summer I was sick and called for an appointment to be seen by them and they didn't even get back to me until about 3 days later. I was forced to go see an Urgent care instead. Office staff has never been good in the past.
