LaShanda was wonderful, kind, informative and personable. She made me feel at ease when she walked thru the door with her beautiful smile and kind voice. She answered all of my questions without putting me off as being silly by asking, as so many do these days. It was nice to have someone genuinely interested in what I needed answers too. Great communication skills as well as great personality/bedside manner!!
