I am a tough but fair consumer. I rarely give anyone this high of a rating. Waiting time of a lengthy nature is rarer and I appreciate it. The same is true of amoke parking. Iive in Northeast Philadelphia and travel over an hour to see Dr. Cohen and this speaks volumes of His Performance
