Educate your people on how to process prescription refills. They must be able to listen and and understand their responsibility to the patient. I had an issue recently where I was down to three days of pills. I called and requested refills that I would pick up. Five days later I was still trying to get my refills. The refill process was so screwed up that they didn’t know where the pills were. I finally got the pills, but I was very unhappy with the personal and how they handled the entire process.

It begins at check in with the friendly front desk. They are also efficient with handling next appointments on checkout. From the time I leave the exam room to the checkout they already know when the doctor wants me there for a follow up visit. These are about 4-6 weeks apart for me. I like that I am monitored closely as my health is maintained carefully. I really like Dr. Canby. He has great manner and thoroughness. I fell I am being well cared for.
