Dr. Lapkovsky saw me within one day of my request to be seen. She diagnosed my problem, asking me pertinent questions as she did the exam. She prescribed antibiotics that I could obtain the same day, permitting me to begin the medication immediately. She is thorough in her approach, and she is highly skilled in resolving a wide variety of ailments.

My new provider makes me feel like she truly care about me. She listen intensely to me. She is a caring, compassion, patient, loving, and understanding doctor. And that was my first visit with her and she became my primary doctor on that day. I finally got a doctor that cares about me. [staff] and [staff] made me feel that they did not care about me.

Dr. Lapkovsky listened to my concerns. She always mentions recent research to explain her thoughts and offer up to date clinical advice. She ordered clinically appropriate testing and is thorough in her assessment. I have not heard from her regarding the results yet. However, my appointment was only a few days ago. I expect that I will hear from her soon. I feel confident that she is providing me with great care.

I moved from the area so I will be finding another provider. But I feel Dr. Brenda is fantastic! She is so easy to talk to and she listens and has the best advice. I will miss her tremendously. She is full of knowledge and always gives me the best advice about managing my health issues.

I had to wait for 32 minutes before the doctor appeared. What's the point of appointment? Patients have to arrive 15 minutes early but the doctor was more than half an hour late! With no explanation nor apology.
